GoogleI had an excellent experience working with Shakila at Greens Company estate agency. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and was always just a phone call away whenever I needed assistance. Shakila provided great advice and made sure everything ran smoothly, ensuring I felt supported and informed at every step. Her professionalism and dedication were outstanding, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent.

GoogleOur move turned out to be a long drawn out seven months. Frustrating and Testing our patients to the brink at times. Caused wholly by clients lower down the chain. A big thanks to Greens Estate Agents, ad Dee, for keeping us on the straight and narrow when things looked frustrating. Re assured us when things looked unclear, and we’re excellent through out our journey to a conclusion. Many thanks. Would highly recommend .

GoogleI can not recommend Greens Great barr branch enough!
After a very poor experience from a different local estate agent we decided to go to Greens.
From the very start Clint gave a great explanation on how they work without the usual sales talk! The ladies in the office were amazing, Nicola, Emma and Dee were a pleasure to talk to and had a real interest in getting things moving. They kept us up to date every step of the way, gave us valuable advice and always strived to get the best viewings.
The whole team work so well together and they all seem to know what stage the process was at even if the person dealing was off for the day. A very well ran office and system of working.
Thankyou so much for taking care of our house sale in such a professional and quick manner.

GoogleAs first-time homebuyers, we weren’t very familiar with the process, but the team made everything so easy for us. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way, always quick to respond to our questions, and really went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

GoogleI have just sold a second property using Greens in the past year. Extremely happy with the service overall, communication is great (thank you Nyree). Also, fees are extremely competitive, especially compared to the other overpriced local agents. Thank you again

GoogleAbsolutely amazing communication from start to finish of the sale of my Mom’s house.
The team understood that this was an emotional time and were understanding throughout.
Nyree and the Castle Bromwich team were always on the other end of the phone for me. The house went up for sale in Jan 24 and we had sold for the original asking price by May 24. Completed within 4 months!!
Highly recommend!!

GoogleI bought my property from Green & Co in 2019 and the sale went through so easily and professionally that I decided to use them again to sell my property. Sophie was very helpful, gave me great advice and got the property on the market efficiently. Within 3 days of the property being on the market I accepted an offer and Sophie has expertly handled my property sale. I would highly recommend using Green & Co for selling and buying any property. To add they also have good, competitive selling fees compared to that of other overly expensive estate agents in the area. Thanks Green & Co 💚

GoogleJust exchanged contracts on a sale after a long process and could not recommend Greens any more!
From the initial valuation from Ben we were very impressed with the service being offered and the friendly nature of everyone involved. Through no fault of greens, and having had our first chain collapse, Nyree and Sophie had to deal with some really tricky solicitors on the buying side and managed to get us over the line in the end!
Special thanks to Nyree who was extremely patient and professional, she was always there to provide me with updates even though she probably will be happy to not have to hear me call up again for an update from the buyer’s solicitors!
Thanks again all, really appreciate all your help and support during a very stressful period!
