GoogleWe deal with a good number of estate agents, and Green & Co. as by far the most personable and tailored in their approach. They seem to understand the gravity of buying a house - other estate agents treat it as 'just another transaction' whereas Green & Co., and especially Tara Kelly, acknowledge that it's a huge decision - she and they work hard over a long period of time to ensure the purchase/sale is the right one. I loved the no pressure house valuation from Jonathan all the way through to Jacquie helping us negotiate on a house we loved Unfortunately in the end we couldn’t find a property we loved so have taken our house off the market. GoogleAbsolutely amazing communication from start to finish of the sale of my Mom’s house. The team understood that this was an emotional time and were understanding throughout. Nyree and the Castle Bromwich team were always on the other end of the phone for me. The house went up for sale in Jan 24 and we had sold for the original asking price by May 24. Completed within 4 months!! Highly recommend!!

GoogleI bought my property from Green & Co in 2019 and the sale went through so easily and professionally that I decided to use them again to sell my property. Sophie was very helpful, gave me great advice and got the property on the market efficiently. Within 3 days of the property being on the market I accepted an offer and Sophie has expertly handled my property sale. I would highly recommend using Green & Co for selling and buying any property. To add they also have good, competitive selling fees compared to that of other overly expensive estate agents in the area. Thanks Green & Co 💚

GoogleJust exchanged contracts on a sale after a long process and could not recommend Greens any more! From the initial valuation from Ben we were very impressed with the service being offered and the friendly nature of everyone involved. Through no fault of greens, and having had our first chain collapse, Nyree and Sophie had to deal with some really tricky solicitors on the buying side and managed to get us over the line in the end! Special thanks to Nyree who was extremely patient and professional, she was always there to provide me with updates even though she probably will be happy to not have to hear me call up again for an update from the buyer’s solicitors! Thanks again all, really appreciate all your help and support during a very stressful period!

GoogleWe instructed Green & Co when selling our house in Wantage in early 2023, and found Kevin, James, Sarah and the team incredibly helpful and professional throughout. Our house sold within the first weekend of viewings, and the sale was proactively managed from there on by Green & Co, with regular updates and communication throughout. It was a long 6 months due to us going with what turned out to be a really bad solicitor but very fortunate that Green & co after 5 months recommended someone else so we switched and got it turned around in 4 weeks!
