Went on with Greens estate agent Castle Bromwich all seemed good from the sign up period until the photos were taken and sent to us and we had no floor space for the garage then was told you don’t live in the garage finally they came back to do it Buyers came asked agent if the price is negotiable even though it was offers over agent said that’s the price non negotiable we had already told the agent verbally and by email OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED three potential buyers and suddenly no interest could not even contact some of buyers yet one purchased the property across the road £15k dearer well what can I say couldn’t wait to get my property off my opinion is don’t go there BAD that’s my experience yours might be BETTER. Spoke to the MD and he wasn’t bothered either Stars Minus is not enough and yes the office smells

Although selling can be a frustrating process, we can’t fault Shakila and Kerry at green & co. We liked the listing process and that many photos were used, when we bought through green & co the 3d tour was very helpful and liked having that when we sold as well. We were in a bit of a hurry so chased everyone a lot but it wasn’t the estate agents fault and they were always reachable and quick to respond. Chain free the process took 3 months and when we bought with them in 2023 with a chain it took 2.5 months. They filtered well for buyers. All went well and would recommend them.
