GoogleWe had a great experience selling through Green & Co Four Oaks. We had excellent support from start to finish, with all members of the team being helpful and efficient. Particularly useful was the WhatsApp link set up which made arranging house viewings and passing information on so much easier and quicker than by phone.

GoogleEstate Agents are '10 a penny' so they say, so what makes the differentiator? For me it has to be the staff and here at Green & Company they are truly exceptional, extremely knowledgeable and so personable. They have been an absolute delight to work with..... simply wonderful!

On meeting Gemma at our property to discuss a valuation, taking photos and listing the property, I felt that Greens were professional and took care of our needs to achieving a sale.Gemma, Claire and Donna looked after us through out the process ensuring someone was always at the end of the phone when we had a question. Jemma then visited our home and was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and helped us fully understand the valuation of our property. A big thank you as well to Tara and Angela, who made the whole process of arranging viewings, both for our home and for potential new homes, so smooth and efficient. Their feedback was always prompt and genuinely helpful. Like magic, our home was listed, viewed, and sold within just one week! GoogleWe couldn’t be happier with the service at Green and Co. We actually only dealt with them as they were agents for people we were buying our house from but they have been the most helpful people in our whole buying/selling process. Both Kevin and Harry have been so supportive and informative and although we had a few hiccups along the way have been completely understanding and provided us with advice when we needed it. Most importantly the communication was excellent. Most professionals we dealt with in the process were a nightmare to get hold of, or we had to do all the communicating. This was not the case with Green and Co, with regular, friendly yet professional communication they made the whole process much smoother. Our only regret is not using them to sell our house and we will 100% be using them for anything else we might need in the future.

GoogleThe one thing I have to say is WOW 👌. The staff at Castle Bromwich, Ben, Nyree and Lucy have been so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, no matter how big or small the problem is. From the moment Ben came to the property to going live was 2 days. The photo's taken were fantastic and done to a high standard. They have all made the transaction of selling and buying run very smoothly. I don't know what I would have done without their guidance throughout the process. I would highly recommend Green & Company, Castle Bromwich if you are considering moving. All the staff are very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Green & Co in Four Oaks and I can't recommend them highly enough! Jacquie, Tara and Jonathan were absolutely brilliant from day one. The process of selling a property is extremely stressful but they acted with professionalism, calmness (when I wasn't calm!), humour when it was appropriate and efficiency throughout. I would not hesitate to market a property through them again in the future and I would recommend you make a call to them today if you are considering selling your property!
