GoogleHaving previously bought a property through Green & Co many years ago, they were my first choice when it came to selling this time around. Within a few days of them marketing my property, they arranged the first viewing- which went very well, and a return viewing resulted in a sale! All within the first 2 weeks of advertising! Needless to say, I am delighted, but always had complete confidence in Green & Co. They are a long established company who have been a pleasure to deal with and they have expert knowledge of the local property market. GoogleWe used Green & Co to complete the sale of our property, and of all the estate agents we spoke to, they were by far the least pushy and the most professional. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. The team were always contactable by phone or email and very quick to respond to our MANY questions. Jason completed the initial valuation and was refreshingly realistic about what our expectations should be. Yilmaz did a brilliant job with the photos and handling enquiries, and Nichola was always on hand as legal queries were raised. We also used Kirsten as our mortgage adviser, and the best way to describe her is “on it.” She tracked rates closely and secured us the best package for our new purchase and life insurance. The whole team fully deserve a 5-star rating, and I have already recommended them to others.

GoogleHighly recommend Green & Co for selling your property. On meeting Gemma at our property to discuss a valuation, taking photos and listing the property, I felt that Greens were professional and took care of our needs to achieving a sale.Gemma, Claire and Donna looked after us through out the process ensuring someone was always at the end of the phone when we had a question. This made the process less stressful and kept everyone in the chain on track.

Jemma then visited our home and was incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough. She explained everything clearly and helped us fully understand the valuation of our property.
