Let's start with the positives first- 1) Yilmaz is absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jamie is great too. 2) the welcome box i received when I completed on my new house was a great touch. Now the negatives- 1) No one picks up the phone. If you are selling your home, you could be missing out on so many buyers. Very frustrating 2) They dont have the reach of other estate agents (small business) so you will not get many offers. I had my house on the market with Green for 3 months and not 1 acceptable offer. Acres had a few offers within weeks. Felt like I wasted time going with Green. 3) Nichola has her favourite clients and will treat certain clients better than others. I did not appreciate her bias towards the client I was buying my new house from (my house was still under instruction with Green too) It felt like a battle with her. I offered just below the market price and she already said I don't think they will accept without relaying that to the clients (they did accept the offer) 4) Nichola towards the end was every difficult to deal with, she chased me for certain things but her clients were taking a week to reply to certain legal enquiries and then when I took my time she said are you doing this out of principle- very unprofessional and for her to have the audacity to say this was shocking. 6) Nichola was personally dealing with this sale and she is never in the office. Doesn't pick up her mobile either. Or if I call, the response is she will call you back and hardly does . I would not recommend Greens. The 2 lads were fantastic but as a whole it was a negative experience. Acres would be a better option. not sure if anything will be done as she is the branch manager but thought it was important to point this out. In future treat all clients the same, we are all paying a fee for your assistance, don't favour one client over the other.

She kept us fully informed at all stages, acting as the go between the legals and worked incredibly hard throughout, ensuring a good outcome. They helped us through a difficult time as a family.
