GoogleI cant say enough about my experience with Goadsbys Weymouth Mike Clarke the manger and Freya the sales negotiator. They were both curtious and very sensitive to my situation. They both dealt with my sale and purchase. They kept me informed through the whole process which was very quick. i would recommend them both to assist in sales and purchases. GoogleI cannot praise the Letting Team at Goadsby Weymouth highly enough. We have dealt with them for several years and have always found all members of the Team to be extremely courteous, efficient, helpful, approachable and friendly. I would particular like to mention Belinda Hine who has always been there to offer continued help and advice whenever we have needed it - we don't know what we would do without her.

GoogleWe couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive from Goadsby's We have three properties which we let in Weymouth and their Weymouth branch (Weymouth Lettings)in particular have always exceeded our expectations. This was bought home to us quite recently when we experienced quite a few problems at one of our properties and it was such a relief to have such a professional and knowledgeable form of support from the Weymouth Lettings team behind us. As a result of the type of speedy and considerate help we've always had from Goadsby's, we always make sure there's a Goadsby's in a particular area before we even begin to look for a property to let there, as we wouldn't dream of using any other agency now that we've experienced the 'top of the range' service which we know we can always rely on from Goadsbys.

GoogleWe have just viewed a house on sale with Goadsby with Laura. Laura handled the viewing perfectly. On arrival, Laura gave us the initial information while walking into the property and then did what I haven't come across on many occasions before: she let us soak in the house. She knew when to keep quiet and let us take in the features and views of the property. She was still available for questions, answered well and with honesty, while the lack of oversell was very much appreciated.

GoogleThe Weymouth team have been truly excellent in the handling of my offer and purchase of my first home. From going in and seeing the mortgage advisor, to viewing the property and putting our offer forward the team have been excellent, going above and beyond to help. From my buyers' full asking price offer being accepted, right through to completion Olivia kept me fully updated with multiple updates per week. Communication is definitely a strength and I would definitely use Goadsby again as they are knowledgeable and know what they're talking about! Highly Recommend!!

GoogleWe bought our flat three years ago thru Michael Clarke at Goadsby Weymouth and were very pleased with the service we received back then. Having restored the flat and then deciding to move on we didn't hesitate in calling Michael for a valuation and he didn't let us down! The flat was advertised and we accepted an offer two days later to the first person who viewed it! Many thanks to Michael and Freya and the team at Weymouth. Excellent.

GoogleWe have recently used Goadsby to sell our property and have been absolutely delighted with the professional but also really friendly and personal service we received. We have dealt with several different agents who have all been equally helpful and always available to answer our questions and we feel we have been given lots of support and reassurance all the way through what could have been quite a stressful process, starting with help and professional advice to achieve the price we needed, followed by regular updates on progress of the sale, all the way through to the agency really going the extra mile to ensure the sale completed smoothly in the final days. I am really pleased we chose Goadsby, I would use them again if needed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a professional but really friendly service in Weymouth.

GoogleI was dealing with the Assistant Manager of the "commercial retail lettings department". In my 15 years of dealing with local agents I have never come across someone more arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He went out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible. He had no social skills and was not interested in building professional relationships at all. I guess that's what you get from promoting someone young and inexperienced to Assistant Manager.

GoogleI wouldn’t even give them 1 star! They cannot even do basic tasks that their job requires! They sent us a 10hr cleaning charge for a flat we have already left cleaned with video evidence! Incurred the charge without asking us! Try to cover their mistakes and refuse to view the video! Failed to provide us an ending water meter reading 22days after leaving! Now unlawfully holding on to our deposit having provided evidence of the account where the deposit was paid from! Avoid at all costs! Once they got your money they don’t care! Avoid them! Rip off agents!

Didn't have the most straight forward of sales due to the specialist house I was selling and if it wasn't for the hard work and dedication of Nathan & Sue at Goadsby's I'm not sure it would have gone through in the timescale that we needed it to in order to keep the chain together. GoogleWe would like to thank all the team at Goadsby Verwood during the process of purchasing our new home. We initially viewed the property we subsequently bought before our own home went under offer. We were very taken with the house and the location, however it very quickly went under offer to another buyer leaving us disappointed. We continued our search for another home to no avail. Some weeks down the line we were contacted by Ben who knew we very much liked the house we initially viewed, to inform us that it had now come back on the market. Having seen the property previously we were able to put in an offer which was accepted the same day.We have now been here a week. Throughout the whole process Nathan, Ben and Sue faciliatated our requests to view the property and to help us with the additional enquiries we had. At all times the entire team were particularly helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were also supported by the team to facilitate a key undertaking with the owners of the property which enabled us to access our new home before exchange of contracts. Buying a home can be a stressful process, however this was made easier by the professionalism and understanding displayed by Nathan, Ben and Sue. Well done and thank you Goadsby Verwood. You got it just right!
