GoogleAs an EU Citizen I could say that has been a nightmare for the last eleven years to deal with state agencies in UK. Be aware and read everything properly. If in doubt... look for a professional advise with citizens advice bureau for free. It's really a pit that I have to give one star but it's based on my experience and all I've been through.

GoogleSuccessfully let my property very quickly through Goadsby. Professional management, was kept up to date when there was a leak at the flat which was remedied reasonably and quickly. Extension negotiated and continue to let through them. Very happy

GoogleIn the current market and with 'Brexit yes or no' it was not easy to sell our property however Goadsby Bournemouth has gone above and beyond to get our property marketed and eventually sell for us. We also purchased our next property via Goadsby Poole branch and this was dealt with in a very professional manner. Thank you Georgia and your team (Bournemouth Branch) and Oliver (from the Poole Branch) for the patience and positivity throughout. GoogleWould highly recommend using Goadsby to find a place to rent. Tom in the lettings team was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was always friendly at viewings and made the whole process run smoothly. All the staff were very helpful every time I called the office, will definitely be using their services again!

GoogleWe found the team at Goadsby to be incredibly professional and pro-active with managing the sale of our property. Despite numerous challenges set by our buyers, Goadsby supported this process throughout and put our minds at rest ending with completion within the agreed timeframe. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to use again.

GoogleHad a great experience using Goadsby Bournemouth to rent our flat. After a pretty bad experience previously with another agency, Goadsby was a breath of fresh air. Alex Henley couldn't have been more helpful or flexible. He fitted in, often at last minute, with our needs and schedule, kept us well informed the whole way along, took great photos, and got viewings almost immediately. The whole thing was painless, thanks to him. Goadsby offer the usual options for landlords, including fully managed and Tenant Find only, but unlike some other agents, offer the option of Introduction Only, where they still do all the advertising, referencing checks and Right to Rent checks, but you handle your own Tenancy Agreement, deposit registering, inventory and check in. This was perfect for us, and kept our costs down. Thank you Alex and Goadsby!

GoogleGoadsby Bournemouth have managed my rental property for the last 5 years. They have been very professional and are very quick to sort out any issue, and always keep you updated. Impossible to single anyone out as all of the staff are doing an excellent job. I highly recommend Goadsby. I recently met a couple who have 12 properties managed by Goadsby and they are very happy with the service they get on their rentals.
