GoogleWe had great service from Featherstone Leigh Kew in our recent search looking for a rental property. The entire process from the initial call letting us know there is something available in our preferred area with our specifications, through to getting a viewing on short notice, the referencing process, tenancy agreement and getting the keys was a dream and they made a normally very stressful experience, much easier. A special thanks goes to Prue Semba for doing a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Featherstone Leigh, dealing primarily with Charley. If there was an option to rate them 6 stars I would! Charley (and indeed every member of the team) was friendly, polite, knowledgable, helpful and professional at all times. A real pleasure to deal with. We sold our house some 4 months before finding a property to purchase and it is only because of Charley that our buyers were kept happy enough to wait for the chain to be complete. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Featherstone Leigh and would very happily work with them again.

THIS REVIEW RELATES TO FEATHERSTONE-LEE,15 SHEEN ROAD SALES BRANCH, AND THE LAZY ATTEMPT TO SELL MY 41 YEAR LEASE GARDEN FLAT ON RICHMOND HILL. DECEMBER 21 TO MAY 2022. IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO VIEW, APPRAISE AND PHOTOGRAPH. 4 MORE DAYS TO REALIZE HE HAD ADDED A BEDROOM AND £100,000. 2 MONTHS TO MOUNT ON RIGHTMOVE. THE FIRST VIEWEE WAS GIVEN THE HIGH PRICE AND TOLD IT WAS FREEHOLD. SUBSEQUENT NEGOTIATIONS WITH THAT PARTY SEEMED TO FIZZLE OUT. AT ONE STAGE, THE MANAGER TOLD ME THERE HAD BEEN ABOUT 12 ENQUIRIES BUT OFFICE STAFF SAID NONE ACCORDING TO RECORDS. OTHER VIEWINGS TOOK PLACE. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAD FINISHED ANY VIEWING SO I COULD RETURN HOME. ONE TIME I CALLED ON A SATURDAY, STAFF SAID VIEWEE CANCELLED THEN SAID DIDN'T TURN UP, THEN SAID BOTH AGAIN BUT THE OTHER WAY AROUND BECAUSE IT SEEMED TO SOUND BETTER. ALSO SAID IT WAS A VIEWING OF A DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBER BUT WHEN I ASKED HIM HE SAID HE KNEW NOTHING OF IT (AND HE I BELIEVE) NEVER WAS I CALLED WITH UPDATES OR IDEAS TO CHANGE STRATEGY. I NEEDED TO GO INTO OFFICE TO FIND ANY INFO AND NORMALLY FOUND ONLY 1, 2, 3 STAFF. THE OTHERS WERE SAID TO BE ON DAYS OFF OR 4 DAY WEEKEND OR JAMAICA OR ITALY. OF TEN CALLS WITH THE MANAGER (YOU CAN CALL ME ANY TIME), ONLY 3 CONNECTED. THIS BRANCH MAY INDEED BE ABLE TO HANDLE PROPERTIES THAT SELL THEMSELVES BUT MINE REQUIRED SOME EXTRA WHICH APPARENTLY WAS UNIMAGINABLE. THERE WAS MORE BUT ENOUGH SAID. I WITHDREW.

GoogleFeatherstone Leigh have provided a professional service for the last 2 years since we rented out our home. I don’t have to communicate with them very often which is how it should be but when I do they are timely with answers to any queries and ensuring funds are transferred. They have also found reasonable priced contractors when work is required. I also communicate with my tenant even though fully managed and they have not had cause to grumble. Which as a landlord are all important factors when working with an agent. So all round thumbs up from me.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

They were professional but friendly, responsive and communicated well. They had a good grasp of my situation and knew their client database of purchasers well, getting good quality interest and offers almost immediately. Should I be looking use an agent again, they would be my first port of call again.

GoogleWe used Featherstone Leigh as part of a six strong, multi agency agreement when we needed to sell our flat urgently. Beth and Daniella far outshone the competition with excellent communication, very well qualified viewings and a phenomenal service all round. Once we entered into negotiations, Beth was incredibly adept at managing each hurdle with great skill and clarity, much more consultative than we expected. Having used a number of agents in the area I can confidently confirm that the team at Featherstone Leigh, Twickenham are a cut above their competitors and we could not be more delighted with their service!

GoogleTheir agents are simply put annoying pests. I have asked multiple times, especially a guy called Gabriel Zambrana to unsubscribe me, and he is now emailing me multiple times a day. Never make the mistake to give them your contact details. I will now report them to the ICO.

Having unsuccessfully offered on 4 properties prior, with less than positive experiences with other estate agents, I’ll be forever grateful to come across Mani and Chloe at Featherstone Leigh. Mani showed me around the property 2 months ago and from the off was accessible and honest. Over the following two months Chloe picked up the phone every time I called with a multitude of questions.
