They liaised closely with both my solicitor and the seller’s to ensure there were no delays along the way. Receiving my keys by my required deadline was nothing short of amazing. A huge thank you to Sahar, Nina (for accommodating my Saturday viewings), and Erika for their transparency, dedication, and determination to see things through. Outstanding service all round!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property in Twickenham and were helped by Erika and Sahar and we have never been so well treated by an estate agent. The service was immaculate, nothing was ever too much or at too awkward of a time. Throughout the process we had support morning and night and had all the accommodations we needed. Not only that but they recommended an excellent solicitor and helped chase the buyer and it really felt like they worked for us. We would without doubt go out of our way to use Featherstone Leigh again, especially Erika and Sahar who were amazing.

GoogleI bought a lovely flat through Sahar Parniyan at Featherstone Leigh in Twickenham in early 2026. The whole process was extremely smooth, and I found both Sahar and Erika to be straightforward, courteous, completely on the ball, and highly responsive at all stages. Can't ask for more, really!

GoogleErika and everyone at Featherstone Leigh have been fantastic throughout our sale and purchase. We used them for the sale of our house in Strawberry Hill and the purchase of our new home in Devon, which involved a complicated chain, and their support throughout was excellent. They were professional, proactive and made what can be a stressful process feel much smoother. Communication was excellent and it really felt like everyone involved genuinely cared about getting everything over the line for us

Megan was so helpful getting it across the line in really tight timescales. It felt like she really cared! There’s normally very little joy in transactions like this but this time there has been. GoogleI must say that I am really impressed with their service, I had to find a place rather fast, even before arriving to the UK. Amelia from the Parsons Green office picked my file and stayed with me until I found an apartment that fits my situation. GoogleReally excellent experience selling our house with Featherstone Leigh in Teddington. Dan and Natasha are exceptional- they make a great team - very organised, professional and calm. Just what you need during what is acknowledged to be an incredibly stressful experience . They have an infectiously positive attitude - much needed when there’s a slowdown in viewings - and pull out all the stops to find the right buyer. Crucially they are endlessly patient and full of helpful advice and good humour.
