GoogleWe had a really good experience with everyone from this branch but specially Prue: We saw one flat that was really nice but not quite the size we were hoping and not only were they lovely at the viewing, but they called us after to follow up and immediately suggested another flat that was not even advertised yet but would fit our requirements a bit better. They booked as for a viewing right away and good thing they did because that is now our new flat!! Prue was very patient and friendly all throughout the process and went out of her way to get everything done in a record time as the landlord was going away and we needed to get everything sorted in a few days too.
We had seen about 20 flats with different estate agencies and this one was the only one were absolutely everyone we spoke to was always beyond lovely and helpful, which was one of the reasons we chose this property: 10/10 would recommend!

GoogleMy partner and I truly had the best experience you can ask for with purchasing a flat in greater London. We had spoken to a few agents from other agencies who were generally unprofessional and poorly informed. We actually put an offer on a place and then decided not to purchase it strictly based on how rude the agent was.
This was not the case with Featherstone Leigh. Jessica Wood was such a sweetheart and did everything she could to make the close happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. From the time we put an offer, we were moved in within 6 weeks which is extremely fast in this market. Being from Canada I was worried about the games and closing times that you hear about but like I said this was not the case with Jessica and the seller.
We would recommend Jessica to everyone looking in Richmond & Kew. She's a doll who is patient, kind and very professional!
