Sage advice provided to help with swift sale & dealt with my tenants with empathy. Data on viewing & feedback was exceptionally well documented to guide decision making. This was crucial as I am overseas in New Zealand & time difference seemed not to be the usual challenge. Tasha was thorough, diligent & so patient & proactive in chasing buyers & solicitors & other agents in the chain to make it happen. We recently completed on a purchase via Featherstone Leigh. It involved a long chain of 5 which was challenging, particularly during the last 3 weeks. Natasha was amazing throughout - quiet but focussed communication and always hugely supportive and available to help. There are some estate agents who seem to view a property purchase as a simple transaction aka ordering a new sofa which is delivered 6 weeks later. We appreciated the sensible, pragmatic approach by the whole team in the Teddington office and would recommend their professionalism and humour (always a bonus in what can be a very stressful process!) I recently bought a flat in TEDDINGTON and I can honestly say Danielle was an absolute star. From the moment she took me on visits through to completion I could not fault her attitude, manner and professionalism. I had previously looked at two other flats via the main ‘D &S’ agents in TEDDINGTON and I just felt like they were not really to be trusted. We could sum up Featherstone Leigh in a few words - first class, professional, efficient and friendly. We have just sold our house in Teddington. Dan Johnson and his team were brilliant from day 1. Within a few days of instructing them they had photographed the house, prepared the description and produced the sales brochure. Immediately it went on the market they dealt with many enquiries and arranged a Saturday viewing for some 20 prospective buyers. They also attended other viewings before presenting us with details of a number of offers. Throughout this time they were in constant contact with us keeping us fully informed. Dan then gave us advice regarding each offer and we were able to feel confident that the offer we finally accepted was realistic. From that point to completion Dan or other members of his team kept us up to date with progress of the sale. We also knew that Dan was working hard in ensuring that any delay was limited. We also never doubted that our interests were always being put first. Professional and efficient they may be, they also have an extremely pleasant manner - to the extent that we could feel that they were our friends. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

I am co-owner and landlord of a two-bedroom apartment in Teddington, and the first tenants have just vacated it and new ones moved in. Stacey Mean and Alanna Toal looked after the whole process and it all went incredibly smoothly; the move was perfectly managed and all the necessary paperwork, appointments and arrangements were all in place. As often happens, there were potential issues regarding the state of the apartment at check-out, and these were resolved very diplomatically and successfully. Also, both new and old tenants changed their planned dates, but the rescheduling was very well-managed. I didn't really have to do anything myself, and would certainly recommend Stacey and Alanna to any other landlords.
