Google100% recommend. While searching for properties we just popped in without an appointment to see what was available. Instantly looked after, shown properties available, and arranged a viewing straight away. We ended up renting the first one we saw as the property and location were perfect. Michelle Hand was our contact and she took care of everything. As we live in the North East she made the whole process from start to finish hassle free. Many thanks.

Stacey and the team are realistic on rental values and FL has a database of reputable tenants. I have been so pleased with the tenant finder service in the past. This time I have asked FL to manage the property and so far have had a very efficient and friendly service from Jane Dennis.

GoogleUpdated. From a landlord's perspective. Marketing / lettings office are efficient and friendly for finding tenants. The problem comes with the disconnect with the buildings management team. They are in a separate office and don't have joined up systems. So things can get confused / lost between the two if you're talking with both of them. One doesn't have a joined up view of the other. Recently have needed to be a bit more hands on than desired to get some building issues sorted. Will update again in the future if things improve.
