We recently purchased a property in Twickenham and were helped by Erika and Sahar and we have never been so well treated by an estate agent. The service was immaculate, nothing was ever too much or at too awkward of a time. Throughout the process we had support morning and night and had all the accommodations we needed. Not only that but they recommended an excellent solicitor and helped chase the buyer and it really felt like they worked for us. I've used FL for renting out my Twickenham flat for several years and have always received a fantastic personal service for Alan and the team. Alan prides himself on looking after the long term interests of his clients and despite regular calls from other agents promising to get more in terms of rents if I change agents, I have stuck with FL and, having compared rents obtained on equivalent flats, I've always been satisfied with the rents achieved by FL. Really how an estate agency should be - professional, involved, and very responsive! Dealt with quite a few others in the past months, and they either didn't take us seriously, or were so slow at returning our calls, it felt like we were a burden to them instead of clients.
