GoogleIt’s a bit nerve-racking to put your house up for rent for the first time but these guys made it easy, they’re super trustworthy (fees are always a worry too), friendly, responsive, I got my target rent rate and it’s just been a great experience with them. I feel really happy to be able to stick with these guys for the long term whether I sell or rent in future - thank you so much for all your help and services!

Knowledgeable of my area and style of property to be sold, their specific understanding of the client base that would attract the most viewings was invaluable. FL brilliantly screened time-wasters out and I always received prompt feedback on viewings. They listened to my needs and were always mindful of 'life-within-the-house' to ensure viewings were as convenient as possible to me. I sold very quickly and their expertise and collaborative style meant that my sale went through within a staggeringly quick five weeks!

GoogleFeatherstone Leigh have provided a professional service for the last 2 years since we rented out our home. I don’t have to communicate with them very often which is how it should be but when I do they are timely with answers to any queries and ensuring funds are transferred. They have also found reasonable priced contractors when work is required. I also communicate with my tenant even though fully managed and they have not had cause to grumble. Which as a landlord are all important factors when working with an agent. So all round thumbs up from me.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
