GoogleWe recently completed on a purchase via Featherstone Leigh. It involved a long chain of 5 which was challenging, particularly during the last 3 weeks. Natasha was amazing throughout - quiet but focussed communication and always hugely supportive and available to help. There are some estate agents who seem to view a property purchase as a simple transaction aka ordering a new sofa which is delivered 6 weeks later. We appreciated the sensible, pragmatic approach by the whole team in the Teddington office and would recommend their professionalism and humour (always a bonus in what can be a very stressful process!) Many thanks.

GoogleWhat a great Experience. We spent almost a year in total trying to sell our house in Kingston. We made a bad first choice with another agency. But after popping in for an informal chat with the team we asked if they could help us sell our house. We first engaged Featherstone Leigh because of how diligently Richard followed up on our initial meeting and subsequently got the same level of service with regular updates on the marketing and potential buyers. Some constructive about the follow up reports to instruct after our buyers survey. We felt we could trust Richard and his team in what is a stressful process. If you are selling or buying in the area, I couldn’t recommend Featherstone Leigh highly enough.
