GoogleGreat personal service from all the team at Featherstone Leigh - always keen to understand individual needs and bend over backwards to ensure a smooth process at all times, Highly recommended with their greay knowledge of the local market.

GoogleIncompetent team, that anyway changes all the time. They are here to take money from landlords and tenants as much as they can and as fast as they can. Absolute zero customer service, especially the letting team.

TrustpilotExcellent Twickenham branch
I chose Featherstone Leigh over others in Twickenham based on the professionalism, straightforward dealing and responsiveness of Erika and Daniela. The sale is now completed and at every stage, including the inevitable tricky moments, they were totally supportive and on the ball. I can't recommend them highly enough. Erika is brilliant and went above and beyond. Wish all agents were like this!

GoogleMy agent Sophie was at best unprofessional and at worst a liar. I will never recommend this company or use them again.

GoogleBeth was an incredibly approachable, reliable and helpful estate agent and I would completely recommend working with her. I am so pleased to have made my first steps on the properly ladder via Featherstone Leigh as they have been excellent to work with and thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleExcellent service. Featherstone Leigh sold my investment flat in Richmond in less than 6 months, from initial advertising to completion on 3rd May!...including a very slow Christmas period. They restored my faith in estate agents. I couldn't be more impressed! Thanks to Brendan and the team for an excellent job. A special thanks to Beth who did a superlative job managing mine and the buyer’s expectations throughout the process. Communication was refreshingly spot on.

GoogleExcellent experience from start to finish, in buying a property. The communication with Richard Porter was very good and he was always very helpful and proactive chasing the evolved parties to make sure the process would run smoothly and as quickly as possible. Even after the sale, Matt Aboud was very kind to help with some communications with the previous owner and tenants. Although buying a property is a long and bureaucratic, all went really well.

TrustpilotFeatherstone Leigh Estate Agents Richmond. Lack of Communication Skills.
Lack of Communication Skills at Richmond Branch. I visited Richmond office several times requesting information on Property near Richmond Green that was being converted. I also telephoned and emailed my inquiry. I did not receive acknowledgement for my efforts. On my last visit i was informed that viewings had already started. This Company had no interest in helping me. My advice. AVOID AVOID.

GoogleGemryan and his team have been overseeing my property for several years now. I am really impressed with the quality of their service- they have gone out of their way to find the most suitable tenant and Uber efficient with contracts and paperwork. They are head and shoulders above other agents that I have used previously. Jenny

GoogleI would highly recommend Featherstone Leigh. From the outset, there was a logical and clear sales strategy based upon the uncertain market in 2023, which was most reassuring. The whole team were friendly and approachable throughout, particularly Ollie and I felt there to be a collaborative approach to the sale of my property, such that my preferences were always taken into account at every stage. Communications were also excellent, particularly related to the viewings and utilising WhatsApp messaging to keep me updated. Thank you to all for ensuring a successful outcome!

GoogleStaff were all friendly and helpful. My auntie wanted to give a special mention to Kerry for helping point her in the right direction of who to talk to when she came into the branch, 5 stars from me!

GoogleI would highly recommend using Featherstone Leigh to sell your property. Their expertise in the local market, realistic expectations and influential client list helped make the process of purchasing much more straight forward. Even when my buyer pulled out on the morning of exchange, this estate agent found me another buyer within 24 hours and followed the process every step of the way to secure the sale. Their staff are professional, hard working and diligent, often providing solutions to problems, similar to that of my solicitor. Thank you Beth and the Featherstone Leigh Richmond branch.
