Thoroughly professional and determined to work with you to get the best price possible; not just a quick sale. They are all excellent communicators and will go out their way to help with any problems related to the sale of your house. Thanks very much to you all. GoogleWe had a really good experience with everyone from this branch but specially Prue: We saw one flat that was really nice but not quite the size we were hoping and not only were they lovely at the viewing, but they called us after to follow up and immediately suggested another flat that was not even advertised yet but would fit our requirements a bit better. They booked as for a viewing right away and good thing they did because that is now our new flat!! Prue was very patient and friendly all throughout the process and went out of her way to get everything done in a record time as the landlord was going away and we needed to get everything sorted in a few days too. We had seen about 20 flats with different estate agencies and this one was the only one were absolutely everyone we spoke to was always beyond lovely and helpful, which was one of the reasons we chose this property: 10/10 would recommend!

GoogleWe recently bought a flat through featherstone Leigh and were so impressed with Prue and Jo. We had viewed 15+ properties with other estate agents who were very pushy and didnt show us appropriate properties. So glad we found featherstone Leigh! They kept us informed at all times and helped us move things along with the sale. Prue and Jo took lots of time to support us through the process and answer all of our (many) questions. Would highly recommend.

GoogleA huge thank you to Jo and Prue in helping my brother and sell the family home. They were both so kind, patient and proactive. Having unsuccessfully tried to sell the house with other "local" agencies for many months, Prue and Jo jumped into action and thanks to their thorough knowledge of the Kew Village market and their personal contacts within the community. They, very quickly , not only connected us with the perfect buyer, but also found me the perfect flat, off market, to move to, thus allowing me to stay in this wonderful area which is Kew Village. I cannot recommend the Featherstone Leigh, Kew office highly enough - all thanks to Jo and Prue's knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service.

Jo O’Sullivan has a brilliant knowledge of the area and market and is great at building long term relationship with her clients and I’ve been so impressed with the expertise and hard work Prue Semba has demonstrated as she skilfully guided me through the letting process. This team have gone above and beyond and are friendly and fun to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleCalled in on Wednesday to ask if they could print/copy me one piece of paper and I offered to pay for it...the young lady who came to my assistance was very nice and helpful but when she turned around for approval of this from her colleague,her revolting colleague turned round with a nasty face and said there a printers up the road and carried on working! What a disgusting revolting nasty women!

GoogleVery good experience working with Beth at Featherstone Leigh through a somewhat lengthy transaction. Beth was always responsive and available, following up at every turn to enable communications with a seller based abroad, navigating language barriers and the team of solicitors and accountants to eventually guide the transaction to completion.

GoogleWhat can I say ! Beth Kneebone is just a phenomenal agent and an even better person ! We had been looking for a new home since post covid times on and off and we weren’t getting what we wanted in terms of the layout, feel and price in the areas we were searching. Buying in Chiswick has always been our dream but thought it’s always going to be competitive and we will get priced out ! She managed to convince us to view a few properties and we loved one of them .. we almost didn’t even go to view it but she insisted that it’s something we’d like & she was so right ! It was the one ! She helped us through the whole process of buying and negotiating and we were finally able to secure our home in our dream location! The whole team is very helpful and Beth is a thorough professional with a whole lot of experience and focused on going above and beyond in terms of service to clients ! What more can you ask for ? All i would like to say is a huge thank you to the Beth and the entire Featherstone team who were always on our side and always ready to help!

GoogleI engaged Featherstone Leigh for many years for both selling and letting (after purchasing a property from them). I think they are all hired for their integrity and personable approach. They are not pushy (which has never encouraged anyone to buy a house before, it is a house after all, it costs a fortune!) and they are honest, which is so important. I was blown away by just how incredibly hardworking they are too; they always go above and beyond to keep all parties informed and happy, even under the most stressful circumstances. I know that so many people have lost faith in estate agents but this team is the real deal; completely professional and authentic. I cannot sing their praises enough and I will always be grateful for their kindness and support.

GoogleWe have used Featherstone Leigh for many, many years. We were landlords and use them to find tenants and also to sell our properties. Having used them earlier this year to sell our 3 bedroom house in Grove Park ( Chiswick) we were very impressed with the entire operation. Mani gave a pretty accurate valuation based on his years working in Chiswick . Very often, agents give an inflated valuation to get the business. Both he and Beth worked extremely hard in both finding buyers to view and in guiding our eventual buyers through the process. Beth was fantastic at keeping us updated on a daily basis with how things were going. Mani dealt very professionally with all the buyer and solicitor “queries”. In conclusion we would wholeheartedly recommend them if selling or buying property.
