GoogleI have dealt with Featherstone Leigh as my letting agent for around 4 years and have generally found them to be helpful, efficient and friendly. There was a brief blip with one member of staff who really didn't measure up to the high standard but that seems to have been dealt with quickly and they no longer work there.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I recently bought our first property through Featherstone Leigh and all we can say is that they were an absolute pleasure to deal with! After having a bad experience with an estate agent earlier in the year (lies, lies and more lies) dealing with Featherstone really restored our confidence in the process of buying our first property - particularly dealing with Richard Hicks who was friendly, supportive and could not do enough to ensure we were happy with everything along the way. We have only just moved in but we know who we will be going to should we ever come to sell in the future!

GoogleWe've had a great experience with Featherstone Leigh renting out our property in East Sheen. We found them to be really good at keeping in touch with us, and they offered us sound advice throughout the process. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleMy fiancee and I were looking to rent a new flat and had been in touch with umpteen Estate Agents. Featherstone Leigh East Sheen were a cut above the rest, especially one negotiator in particular, Emily Hill. Emily went beyond the call of duty on several occasions and was able to secure us a lovely flat that met all our requirements. Her colleagues in the office are also friendly and helpful; I can heartily recommend their services.

GoogleThanks to the Featherstone Leigh team in East Sheen, we finally moved into a lovely flat. Emma, Emily and Tom were really friendly, helpful and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with them. The process from viewing to check-in was handled well and they were really good in corresponding with us all the way, which is really key to a smooth and successful transaction. The fees are reasonable compared to the other agencies we came across with, while we were still looking for a property. Sadly, the property we're renting isn't managed by them, it would've been perfect.

GoogleMy partner and I have had an excellent experience dealing with Richard from Featherstone Leigh. We recently completed the purchase of our first home and Richard has been a constant source of help and guidance throughout the process. We had a number of complications with the seller's solicitors, meaning the sale took over 6 months from start to finish, but Richard really helped drive them on. Being first time buyers, we had a number of questions that Richard was on hand to help with whenever we needed and he always acted professionally, with integrity and complete honesty. We will definitely use Featherstone Leigh again and have already been recommending to others.

GoogleAlthough not based in St Margarets (where my house is) FL have always rented out my house within a few weeks of coming to market. I also purchased the house through FL and found them helpful and professional on the sales side too.

GoogleThe Twickenham team is very professional, hands-on and reliable. They did a great job managing the property we rented for 2 years and been extremely helpful in the selling process as well. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleWe used Featherstone Leigh to rent our house out and to manage the rental. They have been very efficient from the start - in finding suitable tenants, to arranging any repairs etc., carrying out inspections, keeping us updated with any relevant issues and liasing between the tenants and ourselves. We are very happy with the service they have been providing us.

GoogleFeatherstone Leigh have let and managed my property in Twickenham since 2009. They have always let the property quickly to good tenants and then managed it professionally. They have been trustworthy and provide accurate monthly reporting which is very helpful. As I don't live locally I rely on Featherstone Leigh exclusively to look after the property and would happily recommend them to any prospective landlord.

GoogleReally professional and helpful team down at Featherstone Leigh Richmond made the purchase of our new house as easy and painless as possible. Agents listened to our requirements and provided advice and guidance showing us only properties that met our spec and when there were no obvious options on the market we were kept informed of potentials coming on. Proactive and practical during the offer keeping us informed and a country mile better than the disappointing experience we had with other firms in the area. Very pleased to have been able to buy our house through them, they specialise in the 'Alberts' area and we'd be happy to use them if/when we come to sell...

GoogleMelanie was so friendly and informative and stayed in touch throughout the letting process. The office staff were friendly as well. The vetting process although lengthy was thorough and the move in was simple. For people unfamiliar with the renting process in the UK Featherstone Leigh, especially Melanie makes it a pleasant experience. Thanks for your help.

GoogleWe found the staff at Featherstone Leigh very helpful and responsive. Viewings were professionally handled and contracts and photographs were well presented. The staff were also very friendly and managed the transition from our home being a home, to being a rental property, excellently. I would recommend Featherstone Leigh to others, with respect to Lettings.

GoogleAmazing people, excellent service, smiley faces...... When I went to Featherstone Leigh, on 24 Red Lion Street,Richmond I felt the sincerity and trust. While searching for a rental, I was working with many letting agents. But the ladies in Featherstone Leigh , Melanie, Alicia, Clare and rest of the staff gave me a kind of confidence.Although this was the first time for me looking for a house to rent abroad, they helped me with every aspect of renting. As soon as I settled in the house, I will be inviting them to coffee for sure.... Many thanks to all of you.

GoogleI can't recommend this agency highly enough, Dan Johnson in particular, was so helpful, and informative. He certainly is an expert for Teddington. If you are thinking of buying or selling in Teddington, this agency should be your first port of call!

GoogleFeatherstone Leigh offer a good service at a competitive rate. We receive our statement every month and get the rent paid on time, ust what we want

GoogleMany agents seem uninterested in the customer's motive and plans and do not seem to be very active in selling and finding properties to buy. Not so with FL Teddington, very helpful and proactive, I commend them and have advised many colleagues in a similar position to use this company.

GoogleFeatherstone Leigh were really helpful and easy to work with on our recent sale. They also managed the property for us whilst we were letting it out (over ten years), all with the minimum of fuss. They're not the cheapest of agents but it holds true that you get what you pay for and compared with other agents we've recently had to deal with the service has been great.
