I moved to Richmond from the US and had to quickly find a decent flat. It was a pleasure to work with Serena from Featherstone Leigh. She explained the renting process with all details and endless patience and help also to set up the utility providers. I can highly recommend to work this very professional company.

We found the ideal house to rent, thanks to the efforts of Michelle Hand of the Teddington branch of Featherstone Leigh, and we would recommend this estate agent to prospective clients

100% recommend. While searching for properties we just popped in without an appointment to see what was available. Instantly looked after, shown properties available, and arranged a viewing straight away. We ended up renting the first one we saw as the property and location were perfect. Michelle Hand was our contact and she took care of everything. As we live in the North East she made the whole process from start to finish hassle free. Many thanks.

I've been renting my property through Featherstone Leigh 3 years now, I found the service and attention excellent, especially as we do not live in the UK. Stacey, Ashleigh and the rest of the team have dealt with any issues quickly and effectively.

I thoroughly recommend Featherstone Leigh. The most important thing an agent does in my view is to project manage the sale once a price has been negotiated. Let's face it, it's not cheap employing an estate agent, but if they deal effectively and efficiently with all issues that arise between the sale STC and completion, then they've earned their money. I live nearly two hundred miles away from the house I was selling so it was very useful to have someone local who was able to organise all the things that needed organising - and that they did. If I needed an agent in Teddington again, I would without hesitation call Dan Johnson at Featherstone Leigh.

I cannot thank Ashleigh Mutimear enough for her help in my property search. She was efficient, friendly and no-nonsense. Such a breath of fresh air from what I experienced with other agents. Ashleigh helped me to find a property to let in Teddington. I needed to act quickly and with discretion and Ashleigh fulfilled the brief to perfection. Many thanks to Ashleigh and Featherstone Leigh
