Very professional and effective. At first I thought that it would be another dexters or foxtons due their fast-growing popularity. I was wrong. Emma was our consultant and she made everything for us to feel comfortable. She has also shown very professional and competent. From all agencies I've been in contact with this one is far the best one I came across. Would definitely contact them again. Very grateful for everything.

From beginning to end both Stacey Mean and Ashleigh Mutimear dealt with any problems and questions we had in a swift and professional manner, it was our first time renting a property out and their patience throughout the process made everything so much easier than we expected, I would not hesitate to use Ashleigh and Stacey again in the future and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am co-owner and landlord of a two-bedroom apartment in Teddington, and the first tenants have just vacated it and new ones moved in. Stacey Mean and Alanna Toal looked after the whole process and it all went incredibly smoothly; the move was perfectly managed and all the necessary paperwork, appointments and arrangements were all in place. As often happens, there were potential issues regarding the state of the apartment at check-out, and these were resolved very diplomatically and successfully. Also, both new and old tenants changed their planned dates, but the rescheduling was very well-managed. I didn't really have to do anything myself, and would certainly recommend Stacey and Alanna to any other landlords.

Featherstone Leigh has once again been effective in finding me a new tenant for my property in Teddington. Stacey and the team are realistic on rental values and FL has a database of reputable tenants. I have been so pleased with the tenant finder service in the past. This time I have asked FL to manage the property and so far have had a very efficient and friendly service from Jane Dennis.

I would certainly recommend it!
