GoogleUnusual to be writing a review for my vendor's estate agents but Emily in particular moved heaven and earth to make sure that we got the house we wanted. Over a 6 month period (a nightmare conveyance) she repeatedly went over and above to keep the transaction on track. Featherstone Leigh Teddington generally and Emily in particular have our thanks for their professional and attentive service throughout.

GoogleRude, unhelpful and manipulative. From my experience, they don't value tenants at all.

GoogleThank you to Melanie and her team. Once again they have exceeded my expectations after convincing me to have them as sole agents.

GoogleEtienne was the agent that helped me find my great new flat in Richmond. He is super responsive, well mannered young man and pleasant to interact with. He helped carry my suitcases up two flights of stairs on the move in day, which I didn’t expect him to. He did it with a smile and said: it’s all part of the service!

GoogleThis is my third time to be assisted by Featherstone Leigh to search for a house to rent in Richmond. My special thanks to Melanie Knight who actually helped not only my house search this time but also all of my previous house search. She is very attentive and was focused on what her client (myself :D) wanted, which drove my home search being very much succesfull. I can't tell how nice she is on this feedback but believe me. She is the right person for those who are searching for home in Richmod.

GoogleWe are relocating from Hamburg, Germany to London and with our relocation agent found this gorgeous property managed by Featherstone Leigh. The agent handling our tenancy was Melanie Knight. Not only was Melanie professional, she was also extremely helpful and patient as we maneuver our way across the intricacies of setting up house in the UK. We are so glad that we are working with an agent who is so understanding. Thank you Melanie!

GooglePrue Semba has been absolutely fantastic to work with! We needed to find a long term rental property fast and after a short conversation, she understood exactly what we as a family needed. The very next day she showed us 4 excellent options in one day so we were able to have the lease agreed to the place we loved the most by the time we got home. I would highly recommend! Thank you again Prue!

GoogleGreat service received when selling our new flats in Kew earlier this year. The team engaged with us productively at an early stage to help with details such as finishes and specifications which helped make the flats appealing to buyers. All flats sold efficiently during the pandemic which is a great outcome. We found the team to be helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout, especially Jo and Prue. We look forward to working with them again.

GoogleWe had great service from Featherstone Leigh Kew in our recent search looking for a rental property. The entire process from the initial call letting us know there is something available in our preferred area with our specifications, through to getting a viewing on short notice, the referencing process, tenancy agreement and getting the keys was a dream and they made a normally very stressful experience, much easier. A special thanks goes to Prue Semba for doing a fantastic job. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have both bought a flat sold by Featherstone Leigh and witnessed sales of flats in my block of flats by them and they give buyers false information. Shameful! They also contacted me six months after I bought my flat with the sales completed and asked me how the sale was going (we had exchanged six months before!)

GoogleFeatherstone Leigh, Kew, under Jo O’Sullivan, has provided us with prompt and professional service over many years. Jo helped us purchase our property in Kew and secured the deal we wanted. Since then, she and Prue Semba have found us a series of good tenancies with short down-times in-between. On selling, a buyer was quickly found at the right price. Jo skilfully and efficiently liaised with all parties concerned and helped resolve issues as they arose to ensure timely completion. Jo and her team have consistently provided professional and friendly service based on their key knowledge of the local property market. If you are interested in property in Kew, a visit to Featherstone Leigh is highly recommended.

GoogleWhy are your work computers visable from outside? Do you think you are such an important realtor that GDPR legislation doesn't apply to you? Or is it that you simply don't value your customers and clients enough to protect their personal information accordingly? It says everything about you as a company to be honest. Fix your GDPR breaches immediately or expect a civil suit to be brought against you.

GoogleSimply unprofessional After making a viewing appointment, no one showed up, and no one even bothered to inform me of cancelling/rearranging the appointment. After some long calls, I was told that another appointment would be made, which of course didn't happen.
