GoogleThe service is an absolute joke. I phoned three times to book a viewing on a flat to rent. - each time I was told someone would call me back... and each time I left my number.... I never received a call back. I pity the people who own these properties, who are relying on this 'service'.

GoogleMyself and my flatmates found Featherstone Leigh to be very, very poor in the managing of our rental period spanning 3 years. A severe lack of professionalism in both communication (breaching GDPR by including random email addresses alongside or instead of those relevant, poor responsiveness to maintenance issues including a lack of hot water or the need for pest control, as examples) and attitude (coming for viewings of the property without the consent or knowledge of those staying in the property and then being rude and defensive when challenged) frustrated us greatly throughout our time with them, and there appears to be a negligence in their responsibilties for those renting through them. In ending our tenancy, they did not appear to be aware of the requirement to provide invoiced evidence of anything chargeable, and when challenged on the absurd cost of deep-cleaning they provided an email-contained text breakdown that didn't contain adequate detail before stating we could not procure another company to conduct the clean and these prices were final. Poor all-round, in essence, and disappointing to see such low standards be so evidently acceptable with an organisation such as this. Stay away.

GoogleThis is now the second time I have used FL and have just completed on the sale of a house through them. Despite all of the disruption caused by the fourth wave of the pandemic they were able to source a buyer on first viewing. They delivered yet again. Featherstone Leigh achieved more in one day through the sale of my property than another very well known competitor was able to do in 3 months. Excellent service, no hassle. I highly recommend them.

GoogleUnusual to be writing a review for my vendor's estate agents but Emily in particular moved heaven and earth to make sure that we got the house we wanted. Over a 6 month period (a nightmare conveyance) she repeatedly went over and above to keep the transaction on track. Featherstone Leigh Teddington generally and Emily in particular have our thanks for their professional and attentive service throughout.

GoogleUpdated. From a landlord's perspective. Marketing / lettings office are efficient and friendly for finding tenants. The problem comes with the disconnect with the buildings management team. They are in a separate office and don't have joined up systems. So things can get confused / lost between the two if you're talking with both of them. One doesn't have a joined up view of the other. Recently have needed to be a bit more hands on than desired to get some building issues sorted. Will update again in the future if things improve.

GoogleHaving dealt with lots of agents in the past, Featherstone Leigh have been by far the most efficient and friendly of them all. Having rented and used them to let out my property, nothing is too much for them and all responses are answered in a timely fashion. Their in-house management team is also very pro-active and fast acting on any problems. I would strongly recommend Featherstone Leigh and their management department.

GoogleWe recently worked with Featherstone Leigh to secure a rental. We worked with Natasha in the Twickenham office and can't recommend her enough. She truly went above and beyond to ensure the contracts were signed in a timely manner and the property was in great condition before moving in. Natasha is more than a lettings agent, she is someone who is passionate about what they do and wanting to see both parties happy.
