GoogleI've used FL for renting out my Twickenham flat for several years and have always received a fantastic personal service for Alan and the team. Alan prides himself on looking after the long term interests of his clients and despite regular calls from other agents promising to get more in terms of rents if I change agents, I have stuck with FL and, having compared rents obtained on equivalent flats, I've always been satisfied with the rents achieved by FL. FL are on the ball at end of lease time and I don't think I've ever had a flat empty for more than a week or 2 between tenants, unless I've had workmen in. GoogleReally how an estate agency should be - professional, involved, and very responsive! Dealt with quite a few others in the past months, and they either didn't take us seriously, or were so slow at returning our calls, it felt like we were a burden to them instead of clients. Featherstone Leigh, however, was a breath of fresh air! Alan was amazing, promptly provided all the information that I needed, even though it was on a short notice, and arranged a viewing! The letting process was very smooth, intuitive, but they always seemed to be on hand if we had any questions!
