GoogleFeatherstone Leigh were extremely helpful in progressing my transaction. Very thorough and proactive in following up matters where required. Chloe was brilliant, professional and very helpful and matters were picked up by Mani efficiently and seamlessly whilst Chloe was on annual leave.

GoogleEven though I did not end up renting through Featherstone Leigh, I need to say that Harry was an absolute star. He was really efficient in getting a viewing ASAP, details sent really quickly, everything went really smoothly. He's really professional, polite and efficient. Great agent and definitely a great asset to the agency!

GoogleWe had a wonderful, attentive experience buying with Chloe at Featherstone Leigh this summer! She couldn't have been more accomodating - arranging a swift second viewing, keeping us informed amidst a complicated stage of the buying process and assisting us even on the day of completion! The honesty and transparency of the process was a pleasant relief compared to so many competitors. A team who will genuinely work for you and with you at every stage of the buying process and whose communication was superb.

TrustpilotOkay but not recommended.
They were good property managers, but there is a lack of communication between departments. Also, they have a tendancy to just forward emails from tenant to landlord - they manage admin rather than property. They recommend cleaners and then charge odd amounts for things that haven't been cleaned properly. They also provide costs without explanation or proof. Friendly but do not think.

To all Landlords!!! Avoid Twickenham Letting. Once you have signed the contract with them. That's it! They will not talk to you. They do rent collection but we have never received rent on-time once. I have used many estate agents before, not seen one with such a terrible service customer service like this one.
