Led by Jo O’Sullivan who ensures a personal service of the highest quality and has guided me through two property sales, one purchase and multiple lettings with flair. She has her finger on the pulse of the property market and I have profited from her advice over the last 13 years.
I have been involved one way or another in the purchase and sale of eleven properties so have had plenty of experience of estate agents - some very bad. In contrast, Featherstone Leigh in Kew provides an excellent service at a time that is fraught with stress for many clients because of the uncertainties of transactions and the unpredictabilities of vendors, buyers, landlords and renters.

GoogleWe purchased our first home through Featherstone Leigh just recently. We obviously don't have anything to compare with, but from our perspective everything went really smoothly, from the first viewing (where we were shown around by a lovely young man called Stephen who was enthusiastic without being over-bearing) all through to completion.
Featherstone Leigh were always quick in passing on any questions we had and getting answers. They also provided prompting which was helpful whenever we'd forgotten to do something, or if our solicitor was being slow.
We were mostly in the hands of Matthew Aboud, who was great. Very professional, very responsive and nicely enthusiastic when it became clear things were going well.
All this meant we completed in good time and are now very much enjoying our first home.
We would highly recommend this company for the overall experience.
