We are so pleased that we chose Enfields to sell our property, they have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish, and this all took 6 months!! The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price. A big thank you to Will for advertising the property and a massive thank you to Shaun - he has had a real challenge to get us exchanged on our purchase, very determined, never gave up, very confident and knowledgable, informed us of any news - a lovely person to deal with. My wife and I picked Enfields to sell our property based on the quality of their service when viewing houses to buy, and they really excelled. Having originally had only a couple of viewings over the space of several months with an online-only agency, Enfields generated many more viewings in a matter of weeks and soon found us a buyer. As it happened we found a property to buy through them as well and this was where they really shone. Our process of reaching exchange of contracts was quite tricky, with some hitches in the chain along the way. Enfields were absolutely fantastic, pro-actively moving both the sale and purchase along on our behalf, contacting solicitors, our vendors, and our buyer to keep things progressing. When there were issues they helped to resolve them, and consistently kept in touch, providing both updates and advice. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or both I couldn't recommend them more."

Absolutely terrible estate agents. I advise all students to steer clear of them. I was a student moving into my first year house, and the property had not finished refurbishment on the move-in date set. There was no furniture at all and I had to wait a further week for everything to be completed, meaning I missed out on my freshers week, making my experience of going to university a nightmare to begin with. On top of this throughout the entire year Enfields were useless and we had so many problems it would take me hours to list them all. Stay away.

As a first time buyer, Enfields made the whole process very easy and as stress free as possible. Jamie and Mark were excellent throughout, including showing me a property I would never have even considered which has become the one I eventually bought! From my initial call to Enfields, Bitterne in order to instruct them to market and sell my property, to the last call from Kevin advising me that my property had sold, I can honestly say that I found the whole process to be conducted extremely professionally by Kevin and all of his team. Daryl arrived promptly in order to market the property through the taking of professional photographs and taking his time in order to ask several questions about the property that assisted in the marketing. Daryl took his time in order to achieve an extremely professional package that resulted in my property being placed on a premium listing on Right Move and was obviously key in receiving several viewings and an offer within the week that it was initially marketed. Rio kept me fully informed at all times in regard to the time and dates of all viewings, making sure that if there were any changes, that I was made fully aware and to make sure that they fitted in with my schedule. Rio provided me with prompt calls after each viewing, providing feedback from each viewing. I never had to chase for any updates, which was really appreciated. Kevin kept me fully updated from the moment that the flat received a great offer that I accepted within the week that it was marketed. I have previously had bad experiences with using a letting agent to manage my property. I have to say that Enfields are a breath of fresh air, they are professional, helpful and put you as the customer first. I have opted for the guaranteed rent and full managed service and it’s been great! Kate has been a star, the council tried to charge me for council tax when they shouldn’t of. Kate must of spent hours on the phone to them sorting it for me, can’t thank her enough! Keep up the good work guys

Very professional service. I saw 6 estate agents before deciding to go with Enfields. They had good reviews and didn’t have a long tie in time. The estimates from the estate agents varied greatly and it was difficult to know who was valuing it accurately. I was disappointed that it did sell for less than they advertised it for. The price was still more than 3 other estate agents suggested it would go for and considerably more than 1 estate agent estimated. The other estate agent had a long tie in time so overallI I think I made the right decision. Every other element I couldn’t fault. Kevin was proactive and always quickly answered any queries. After I had accepted the offer the sale went through quickly so I am happy with the service provided.

Amazing Service

This was the first time for me buying a property and didn't know as much about the process as I probably should have.
