GoogleI have been letting with Enefields from past 3 years. Their property management team is excellent- very quick to respond and helps solve any issues efficiently. Recently, I needed a document update for address proof and the estate agent Sarah Hazell was very kind and patient and helped me with the issue. It was a-time taking process but she was very polite and helpful. Thanks Sarah- U R doing a great job and are an asset to the organisation !!!

GoogleI am happy to recommend the team at Enfields, Bitterne, for the excellent service they gave us in selling our home. The process of moving in the current market, complicated further by a need to move south to north, was fraught with stress and difficulty, but while potential purchases failed to line up for us, but we were never left in any doubt about our ability to sell our property. Will Piercy and Grace McCluskey, always courteous and responsive to our concerns, gave us valuable guidance and helped us through the initial stages of valuation and marketing, not just once but three times, never pushing us and always giving us the best advice available to them, diligently and without bias. But it was Louise Carr who, with her dedication and tenacity, remained our absolute lifeline. She offered us advice and guidance founded on years of experience, and she inspired trust from start to finish. She was always prompt to respond to our queries, by both email and telephone, and her approach made us feel entirely supported, however difficult things might have been. When one prospective purchase failed and we felt entirely defeated, Louise communicated with a level of empathy and reassurance that gave us the confidence to continue, but she also gave us time and space to consider our position, and we appreciated that enormously. Once we had decided to move forward, she worked tirelessly, communicating with all parties to bring the sale to completion and offering support that was based not only on her skill and professionalism but also on her natural kindness. We would like to thank the whole team at Enfields, and we wish them all our very best.

GoogleAs purchasers, we found Louise to be an excellent and proactive agent, keeping all parties updated and regularly informed, and problem solving any issues as soon as possible. Her communication and people skills are also to be highly commended especially as trust between parties is an essential part of the process. GoogleIf being treated badly is what you’re after, then Enfields are the company for you.. Edit. In addition to this, the independent deposit adjudicator has confirmed that Enfields have been trying to rip us off. Including suggesting we owed nearly £200 in rent, attempting to charge us £60 for a battery and the list goes on and on. Enfields were unable to provide any evidence of outstanding rent and the regulatory body agreed that ALL of their costs implemented were unfair and baseless. The worst company I have ever dealt with

GoogleNever used them in the end, a really nice guy that came out to value our property very knowledgeable. My pet hate is being spammed with mail. I understand you want business, but it put us right off the company. Some days, we received 2 letters from Enfields. Only one was personalised, and that was our valuation before, and after this, it was just dear home owner. Shame as i believe they probably are better WHB estate agents

GoogleValued my house £10,000 less than all other local estate agents. Tried to charge me £4000 to put it on with them at a lower value than it’s worth. Then didn’t even tell me the house that I had an offer accepted on had been sold to somebody else! I had to notice on rightmove and call to ask! Shocking

Hi Miss Bolam, Obviousley we are disappointed to recieve such a rating and to answer your points directly, your property still isn't sold, so time will tell whether our valuation was more accurate and honest. As for our fee we charge a fee that is appropriate to our service, which you chose not to use (entirely your prerogative) but we feel it is a little unfair to rate our fee against a service you didnt use. I am sure you are disappointed to lose out on the property you wanted, however we feel we gave you the best advise possible to achieve your new purchase. Granted, it was an oversight to advise you it had sold, however at this moment in time you are stll not in a position to purchase without selling. We wish the best in finding your next home and would appreciate feedback on the price you eventually achieve.

GoogleI would like to thank Dion and Luan for all their help, from showing us round the house, to the whole process of buying it! It was such a quick easy process for my partner and I, as first time buyers we were expecting it to be longer than a month and 3 weeks from start to finish! We viewed our house one evening, put the offer on it the next morning, and then had it accepted that evening. They answered all the questions we had, and I'm so thankful. 100% recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe have recently sold with Enfields in Bitterne and Louise (Sales Manager) was an absolute godsend! We had a long, complicated chain with a lot of terrible communication from various other agents/solicitors/sellers, and Louise worked so hard for us pulling it all together, keeping people on track, and generally trying to herd the cats while also being a pleasure to deal with and keeping me in the loop. Couldn't have done it without her!
