GoogleI've recently moved out my parents house and into my own place, with the help of Tristan and the rest of the team at the reading branch it's been a painless process, even after the papers were signed and everything was finished Tristan especially has been a Godsend with helping me with all my questions and queries, nothing is ever too much and he always responds, even if he doesn't have the answer he points me in the right direction. Highly recommend this branch. From beginning to end Jenny Turner was a complete support to me. I was selling my father’s leasehold flat on behalf of him, which is more complicated than selling your own home! Jenny was helpful, positive with a lovely sense of humour - I highly recommend her and her team.

GoogleWe are just about to complete on the purchase of a house through Davis Tate in Pangbourne; and have to say that the levels of professionalism, understanding and attentiveness, demonstrated by Richard and his team, exceed those we have experienced with any other agent. They are a "traditional" local agency, in the best sense of the word; and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

GoogleIf you are looking to looking for a lettings agency in Oxfordshire, please take the time and read my review. I promise it will be worth it. My family and I have relocated from the North, a considerable distance, during the pandemic, with a baby and a cat. So stressful and overwhelming to say the least. I have dealt with agencies before so my expectations were low, but when I actually started to look for a house in Oxfordshire, almost all agents were even worse than what I expected. From cancelled viewings on the day, to promising they call and never calling, you name it, I had it. I was so stressed and upset. And then came Davis Tate. Our interactions were mainly with Dominic, but I did speak with other agents at time. From the very beginning the interaction was impeccable. We could not travel so far with the baby just for a viewing, so Dominic was very understanding and facilitated a video tour. He was incredibly prompt. He replies to emails in a matter of minutes, not even hours. If he says he will call, he calls. Every step of the way he called me to explain what was happening or what had been accomplished on the day. It was fast and easy. We rented the house without seeing it and we were so nervous about that. Especially with a baby, you want it to be safe, you want it to be warm, you want it to be clean. When we saw the house, we were speechless. It is everything we wanted and more. It was spotless and exactly as described and seen in the video and photos. Dominic found out we were travelling the day before and staying in a hotel so he actually made arrangements for us to skip that and pick up the keys that afternoon. He waited for us until 5:40pm. They even got us a welcome goodie pack. I tried to do this agency justice with this review but I don't think I can describe how incredibly thankful I am. Just incredible and outstanding service from start to finish. Thank you Davis Tate and thank you Dominic!

GoogleI would like to start off by saying that Davis-Tate-Abingdon have been nothing but AMAZING! This was my first time renting a property and because of them, the whole process was made so straight forward. Dominic Gurden was who we were communicating with throughout us looking for a place to live, he also showed me around what will now be mine and my partners new home. He was extremely professional and talked me through all aspects of the house, without my asking. He broke down the process going forward for me, so that I had no worries or further questions, as he had answered everything. He was extremely clear and all that he said was factual. The process happened exactly how he said it would, I have not experienced this type of professionalism, communication, or knowledge from anywhere else and I had dealt with a lot of other estate agencies prior to finding Davis-Tate. At Davis-Tate they respond promptly to emails and phone calls, they are all very friendly and approachable and go above and beyond when you ask for their help, you can clearly see they all work so well as a team. I can honestly not fault them. We would like to say a huge thank you for making finding a property completely stress free. With everything else going on, this was a part of our lives that was made easy, and we have them to thank for that. Davis Tate are the experts you need in turbulent markets. In October I sold my house through the Reading Office and found them professional whilst being highly personable. Charlie Hill a long standing resident in the area, is the Manager and knows the market well, two of my buyers dropped out without good reason, and each time Charlie Hill rapidly found me a replacement buyer at my expected price and as recommended by him. Rebecca Wilkins, the Progress Chaser, kept me informed throughout where the 'legals' stood, not just with my buyer but the whole chain, and eased the discussions about agreeing a completion date. They took a lot of stress out the process and highly recommend them.
