GoogleMy husband and I purchased a property with the help of Davis Tatet Agents. We are more please with the service provided, the details and efficient communication. Many thanks to Claire and Atesh for their assistance to see us through this house purchase. I would credit Claire again for going out of her way to regularly chase the vendors for progress, something our solicitor lacked. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleDavis Tate assisted us in selling our matrimonial home during a very difficult time in our lives (divorce). Service was professional and they knew how to handle delicate matters in the process. The team was quick to identify a number of Buyers (as we were under pressure to sell quick) and assisted us in all of aspects of the sale. Big thanks to the agents on the case!

GoogleWe used Davis Tate to sell our property in Silchester. We were really pleased with the service provided by Brian and Kelly. They helped guide the sale through to a smooth completion and were extremely helpful, flexible and courteous during our dealings with them. Our sale was slightly more challenging as we moved away from the area, leaving the property in their safe hands. I'd very happily recommend their services.

Brian was lovely when he showed us around the house, then he worked hard to help us get the house, liaising with the buyers and once the sale was agreed he did a great job of keeping it all moving. On moving day Christie was really organised & made collecting the keys simple, with a lovely card & hamper & made me feel better! Would really recommend Davis Tate, professional & friendly. GoogleDavis Tate just helped in the purchase of my first ever house. The process can be really scary when you’re a solo first time buyer, but all the staff at Davis Tate Reading were so helpful and friendly. In particular, Rebecca Wilkins and Charlie Hill - they were very responsive and proactive throughout the whole experience, which made all the difference. Highly recommend!

GoogleI would like to start off by saying that Davis-Tate-Abingdon have been nothing but AMAZING! This was my first time renting a property and because of them, the whole process was made so straight forward. Dominic Gurden was who we were communicating with throughout us looking for a place to live, he also showed me around what will now be mine and my partners new home. He was extremely professional and talked me through all aspects of the house, without my asking. He broke down the process going forward for me, so that I had no worries or further questions, as he had answered everything. He was extremely clear and all that he said was factual. The process happened exactly how he said it would, I have not experienced this type of professionalism, communication, or knowledge from anywhere else and I had dealt with a lot of other estate agencies prior to finding Davis-Tate. At Davis-Tate they respond promptly to emails and phone calls, they are all very friendly and approachable and go above and beyond when you ask for their help, you can clearly see they all work so well as a team. I can honestly not fault them. We would like to say a huge thank you for making finding a property completely stress free. With everything else going on, this was a part of our lives that was made easy, and we have them to thank for that. Charlie Burton is a breath of fresh air when she showed us a potential property. She was personal and professional and didn't "oversell" as some estate agents do - which was lovely. The house wasn't quite what we were looking for, but she clearly knew the space and what positives to emphasize - not her fault we weren't after a project ;)
