GooglePurchased a property in Henly using Davis-Tate. Really happy with everything, the communication was excellent and James kept us informed of where the other people in the chain were with the other moves. James was also really proactive in chasing solicitors and keeping things moving. I would thoroughly recommend Davis-Tate to anyone looking for an estate agent in the area.

GoogleI have rented my house for the last 10 years through Davis Tate. My first property manager was Tracie Douglas Jones and I always had excellent service from her. I was very sorry when she moved on but luckily I now have a lady called Shelagh Bush and I have to say, she is continuing the wonderful service I received from Tracie. I feel very fortunate that whenever I contact Shelagh, any issues I have are dealt with immediately and I feel confident that whatever arises, Shelagh is on hand to sort it out.I do hope she will be around for some time to come.

GoogleDavis Tate provided a great service in selling our house in henley. They worked well in tricky viewing situations, and secured a sale we are very happy with. Historically they have provided great tenant find and management services too. Jo was a star. If you have seen this review on another site, its true as they are so nice I have copied and pasted it elsewhere because they deserve the credit.

GoogleI cannot fault Davis Tate's professionalism and care that they took when marketing my Mother's house. As I live some distance away Davis Tate took control of viewings etc and nothing was too much trouble. 24 hours prior to 'going to market' they had lined up 5 viewings and within 2 weeks the house was sold! Jo Sutton was extremely sensitive to our situation and James and the rest of the team gave excellent support when Jo was out of the office.

GoogleWe had a great experience when purchasing our property through Davis Tate. Jenny Turner was great, showed us around the property and highlighted key features, what the owner had improved since she bought the property herself, and also made some interesting remarks about future potential for the property. She was always super quick at responding to any queries we had and proactively contacted both solicitors to ensure the process was constantly moving. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Davis Tate in general, any Jenny in particular
