Very professional service. They helped so much when selling our property. We had many viewings and had a buyer within weeks. They help so much with our buyers solicitors, which was a bit of a nightmare for them, but they worked continuously to get the sale completed. Great estate agent would definitely recommend them. We bought the property original from Davis Tate and glad we sold through them too. I wish them all the best in the future.

We just completed on a house purchase with Davis Tate Pangbourne and they were amazing from start to finish. Charlie Burton was my main contact, she’s fantastic, she’s shown me around the house, answered my questions and she’s been a brilliant communicator as well as a thoroughly lovely lady. Richard Sutton has been amazing, super helpful, he’s recommended some great contacts I asked for, and helped like Charlie as well, to ensure that the whole process of purchasing a property went as smoothly as possible. Massively appreciated! Paul Jarvis has been great as well, really helpful! I’m very grateful for all the hard work and help I’ve received from Charlie, Richard and Paul, they couldn’t have been more lovely! A member of this team, specifically Caroline Legge, has worked solidly to sort out a problem in one of our flats. She has steadfastly chased a boiler maintenance company which were almost impossible to reach by any manner! Caroline persisted and eventually won through. She also communicated with the managing company of our flat and gained a very supportive response which MAY ensure compensation of some damage that has resulted in this matter.

I've just moved out of a rental flat managed by this agency. Out of 6 letting agents I've used previous, this is by far the best. Caroline was so supportive and reassuring when I hit an issue with the place I am moving to. Matt the same. All staff are all so organised, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this agency and wouldn't hesitate to rent another flat through this agency. They look after their tenants.
