Myself & my partner purchased through Davis Tate, with Sallie and Clare being our main points of contacts. It has been a smooth purchase with the help of them, they constantly kept me in the loop and gave it a personal touch. As a first time buyer the whole experience feels very daunting but they helped us through it and felt the excitement with us.

Excellent service and attention to detail. I sold my property through the team at Davis Tate, my first contact was Brian, he convinced me that they were the right agent and then Sallie led the process, she was amazing in the face of some difficult challenges. Thank you to all the team including Willow and Clare. I wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

We switched to DT from a small local estate agent as we were seeing poor traffic, especially from London buyers and immediatetly saw a change. All the agents are lovely, profetional and do a great job in showing the house by covering all details and benefits. Great folks and would recommend to anyone selling their home.

We used Davis Tate to sell our house in Streatley and they did an excellent job - Brian came up with a very good proposal and thereafter Sallie was the main contact point. She was really communicative and helped us to drive the process and we went from listing to completion in just over 3 months which was an excellent outcome. The wider team (Clare, Willow etc) were also very friendly and helpful - would highly recommend - thanks all!

Meghan helped us with our rental property. Did an excellent job, fab communication, very prompt and helpful. A rare find these days in my experience. Managed to get our rental sorted from viewing to passing references in 3 days which must be some sort of record. Wonderful effort. Thank you!
