Unfortunately it resulted in me applying for a court order to ensure that the tenant vacated the property. Jenny and her team kept in regular contact with myself and the buyer to ensure that we were well informed of the progress of the sale.

They kept us up to date and were generally very helpful and accommodating. Like many others we found the moving process full of pitfalls and we were grateful to have Davis Tate on our side. GoogleI cannot think of a better person than Jenny to sell your house. From the very beginning, through the ups and downs and navigations she was just amazing. Meghan was also so helpful, calm and a wonderful person to speak to. Many people say selling a house is one of the most difficult things you can do - but Jenny made it actually enjoyable and I will miss speaking on the phone. She helped us have a happy ending to a chapter in our family's life. I cannot recommend this wonderful team enough.
