We cannot recommend Lee at Davis Tate highly enough. We were torn between Lee at Davis Tate and another popular Woodley based estate agent, but when the other estate agent didn't answer their phone or return our calls our decision was made for us to go with Davis Tate and we are so pleased we did. With a smaller portfolio than some estate agents, Lee was able to give us full attention and put 100% effort into selling our property. Lee set up a WhatsApp group, was always available day or night and was spot on at chasing things up and keeping everything moving. We had full confidence the whole way through. Thanks for all your hard work Lee! x

GoogleIf you want an estate agent that keeps you informed , and returns calls when you leave messages, please don’t use David Tate. That’s not a service that’s provided !

TrustpilotPoor at responding and will try and take as much deposit as possible
Be very careful in recording everything upon moving in. We took very good care of our property, flagging by email the state that we had inherited it but Davis and Tate took an age to correct anything and multiple chasers (re: evidence of rats, leaking drain pipes etc.). Upon moving out they tried to take £900 of our deposit. These featured charges like £5 for lampshades as they were in different rooms to where they were (note all the lampshades were still in the house). I'd steer well clear if possible.

Googlerecently had the pleasure of working with [Estate Agent's Name/Agency] for both the sale of my house and the purchase of a new one, and I cannot recommend their services highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident in every aspect of the process. My thanks to the entire team and special thanks to Charlie!

GoogleFrom the moment we put the house on the market Charlie Hill and his team at Davis Tate advised us every step of the way. After a problematic survey Charlie waded in personally and we believe that without his dynamism and professional acumen the sale would certainly have fallen through. We would recommend Davis Tate, especially with Charlie at the helm, to all our neighbours and friends in Reading. Thank you Charlie, you are a star.
