GoogleHad a viewing with Giselle, who was very friendly and well prepared to answer my questions regarding the property. Both her and Dominic were very quick in replying to my enquiries by email and phone. Great service overall, very professional staff. A year on and can reconfirm the positive experience with DT. Misha proved herself very professional and approachable in helping me find a suitable flat.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with David Tate Estate Agents and cannot recommend them enough. From the outset, their team was professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process. A special mention must go to both Dominic and Misha, who were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. Dominic was always available to answer any of my initial questions prior to the house viewing, providing clear and timely updates. Misha was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was always on hand to offer guidance, no matter how small the query, and her friendly approach made a real difference. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her, and she consistently provided reassurance and timely responses at every stage. The communication from David Tate as a whole was excellent, with regular updates and a real willingness to help at every step. I would highly recommend David Tate.
