GoogleI dealt with Tom Wareham-Bassett during the sale of my property. The property sold very quickly with Tom doing the show rounds. I found Tom to be extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt he went above and beyond in making sure the sale progressed well. He always kept the buyer always in the loop, which really helped. It was a pleasure to deal with him.

GoogleDavis Tate Pangbourne office have recently been helping me in my search for a new house - this was a search which I was beginning to think would never end - searching for the house equivalent of a unicorn. Whilst I ended up finding my house with another agent (sorry), I wanted to mention that Davis Tate, specifically Jack Dyson at their Pangbourne office was exceptional! He really did seem to care and seemed to make it his personal mission to find me my unicorn! Jack is an absolute asset to your organisation and to anyone looking for an agent to work with in the Pangbourne area, I highly recommend Jack and the rest of the team there. GoogleWe rented out our property for several years while living overseas. Being in a very different time zone, it would have been difficult to interview prospective tenants and arrange maintenance ourselves, especially if emergencies such as pipe leaks or boiler failures arose, which they did! We also needed to make sure we complied with UK legislation regarding tenancies. Having previously had a good experience with the Sales side of Davis Tate in Goring, we decided to ask their Lettings team to find and vet tenants, handle rent, and manage property upkeep for us. For us, the fee for the full management service (a percentage of the monthly rent) was very much worth the expense, for the expertise, peace of mind, and speed of response they provided. We were particularly impressed by the knowledge and unflappable efficiency of Caty Johnston, Team Leader in the Renewals Department: thank you, Caty!
