Cherry was very efficient, professional and always fed back the result of viewings. She reviewed the advert to emphasise the appropriate details; regularly sent updates and was always pleasant to deal with. I was impressed that when she was away for a few days she had informed her colleague, Richard, who was then equipped to deal with developments in a very professional way. Cherry went to great length to reassure me that my purchaser was still enthusiastic when there was a short delay in the completion date. I can't thank her enough. I would recommend this agent.

the agents were quick in getting a viewing organised and were pro active with the vendors throught out the process. Our offer was put forward efficiently and they understood the strong position we were in and made this a positive when passing on our offer.Cherry was particularly good helping both parties come to a mutually agreement when we had unexpected expense highlighted by the survey. I felt that she was fair to both sides through out the process. She also saw the sale through to the end , helping speed up the process when able.Whilst the completion date was delayed because of current mortgage changes at no point did we feel hassled by the agent. It made the experience bearable rather than stressful ,Thank you very much for your efficient, professional service.

GoogleAverage is all I can say. Tried to sell our house through them but failed, partly due to the market conditions but partly because I don't think Davis Tate really know how to close a deal. Did most of the viewings ourselves as they couldn't always get someone to the property, and their Saturday staff know absolutely zero about your property when they turn up. When we did get a bite it firmly felt as though they were on the side of the buyer not the seller. The result? Purchase fell through and Davis Tate simply said 'goodbye'...charming!

Fantastic service from Richard and Cherry, sold my property within 4 weeks of it being on the market and completed on the sale in 6 weeks. Richard Sutton was brilliant at chasing up the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain to make it all happen quickly. Would also recommend Davis Tate Conveyance, all done on-line, very quick and efficient.

The marketing of my property was outstanding and this facilitated a very quick sale at full asking price. I was delighted that Richard communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me appraised of progress. He also provided a speedy response to all telephone calls and emails. First estate agent we have experienced who actually worked in a manner that made the fee seem justifiable with good recommendations on how to manage the sale in the tricky market of 2013 resulting in 34 viewings and 11 offers. They went to considerable lengths to check the viability of each offer in terms of ability to proceed and Having achieved a 'sale' subject to contact continued to work just as hard to drive through to an exchange and a completion. Would also recommend the use of their in house davis tate conveyancing service, which proved fast and efficient as well as using phone and email to speed things along. Finally Cherry Burgess was an absolute gem. to only in terms of professional efficiency but also in being sympathetic and supportive through all the trials of house selling.

I contacted DavisTate along with a number of other agents in the area all of whom visited the property and gave recommendations as to how the property should be marketed. I chose DavisTate because I felt that they gave a realistic valuation. When I later decided to put the property on the market they very quickly came up with a number of potential buyers. I was carefully taken through all the processes and they liaised with my solicitors giving regular reports on progress. When the first buyer dropped out they quickly found another, which was successful. I found all staff to be very helpful, friendly and totally professional at all times. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy/sell in their area.

I don't think that Cherry and Richard could really of been more genuine or helpful through what has been an incredibly stressful time. From the first time I met Cherry she was understanding of our needs and both of them let us know what was happening at all stages of the purchase. Now we are finally at exchange they are still looking after us in an incredibly friendly professional manner. I cannot praise our dealings with the pangbourne branch enough..

Despite charging exorbitant fees, Davis Tate offer a terrible "management" service. Once they have your money, it seems that they could not care less. They have no control over the whims of the Landlord and appear surly and unwilling to assist throughout the whole process. Do not make the mistake that we did - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I am sorry to hear you feel you didn't receive a good service. If you could let us know which property it was you rented through us and your name we would be happy to discuss further the problems you encountered.

This is an overdue thank you to all at Davis Tate in Pangbourne. I had previously been trying to sell my house with another estate agency locally with no success. A friend then recommended Davis Tate and I changed. What a breath of fresh air! I wish they had given me this advice before. They did everything they promised and kept me informed at every step. When we found a buyer there were one or two minor problems, but they were on it immediately and resolved them before they became too serious. Nothing was too much trouble. And now we are in our new home and cannot recommend them highly enough. A really professional outfit.
