GoogleThe Davis Tate team recently helped me purchase and move into a flat in Abingdon. They were friendly, polite and quick to respond to any emails or phone queries I made. The moving schedule was tight but Stewart and the team were very helpful in liaising with the vendor so we could get in before the Christmas period. They made the process smooth and I would recommend Davis Tate to others who are buying or selling a property. Thank you!

GoogleWe sold our house twice with Davis Tate, and would strongly recommend them. Following a poor experience with another local agent, we were really pleased with the communication, openness and responsiveness that Davis Tate provided. Not only did Stewart have buyers lined up to view our house, he was available 24/7, returning calls and texts at times to suit us (mostly evenings!). In addition he helped with our hunt to find a home, leaflet dropping on our behalf, and giving us up to date information on what was coming to market. We believe we would have struggled to get this same level of service anywhere else.

GoogleMay thanks to Stewart at Davis Tate for the sale of our house. From my initial enquiry which was answered within 10 minutes and in the evening I knew that Davis Tate would be the right choice and never considered using another agent. The service I received was second to none and I was kept informed every step of the way. Stewart and Joel worked on viewings and feed back which ensured the house was sold within 5 months. When our first sale fell through they managed to get 4 viewings the next day and another sale within 2 days, impressive! I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will use them again in the future.

GoogleWe sold our property using Davis Tate. We had several local agents to value our house but we found Stewart to be professional and had confidence that they would provide a good service. We were kept up to date and well informed throughout the process and given feedback on all our viewings. Once our sale was progressing Davis Tate kept us informed but how the sale was progressing. I cant recommend Davis Tate highly enough and I recommend them to any of my friends who are thinking of buying or selling.

Cherry Burgess found us a buyer quickly and when this sale fell through at the eleventh hour (not Davis Tate's fault) she found us another buyer within a week. A very satisfactory price was negotiated. We were kept fully informed throughout the sale process. Cherry Burgess and subsequently Richard Sutton kept pressure on the buyer's solicitor to get contract's exchanged in a timely way. It was altogether a very satisfactory process. All staff at Davis Tate, Pangbourne have been courteous, helpful and professional.

First and foremost Cherry and Richard helped my fulfil my specific ambition of a fast sale with at a reasonable price, and demonstrated real expertise in planning a strategy to do that. Everyone I dealt with at Davis Tate was professional, responsive, straight-forward, excellent communicators, and carried out their work with absolute integrity. Selling or buying a property is stressful enough as it is. These guys were always part of the solution, not the problem - exactly what you want from an agent.

From start to end, the service was very professional. A fairly accurate market assessment was provided early on and advice given on how small improvements would improve the appartment's marketability - which it did. Once the fee was agreed, marketing commenced and I was kept up to date regularly with progress. Davis Tate did all the viewings (as I was mostly at work) and fed back quickly. All offers were passed on and Charlie did provide valuable insight into the vendor's thoughts on the property. Once the sale was agreed, the back office (Sheilagh in particular) was very helpful in acting between myself, the solicitors, my vendors and purchasers, contributing to a smooth and successful conclusion.

Under the stewardship of Richard Sutton of Davis Tate Pangbourne - we have received excellent service. Courteous, professional and kept in touch regularly. Also, they were very positive in the letting of our property. Donna is superb at managing our cottage and nothing is too much trouble.
