Accurately priced (I did receive an offer at the suggested selling price) with viewings (and offers) within less than a week from listing. Friendly service with staff prepared to go the extra mile. Was so happy to have found our new home with Lee at Davis Tate as he ensured everything went smoothly and moved as quickly as possible. I chose to sell through Lee after coming into contact with him in a previous transaction years ago, when I was a first time buyer and he was selling a property further up the chain. My impression of him then was that he was a super proactive communicator and would work incredibly hard to keep the transaction moving along - and that is exactly what he did. Lee organised and juggled busy days with 10+ viewings and kept me well informed on each buyers' position throughout. Once I had accepted an offer he went above and beyond to speak to solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to make sure I always knew what was going on. He handled any hiccups in the chain promptly and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and connections. Lee is a straightforward and honest guy (which is not always the case with estate agents...) and an absolute grafter. Would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again. Thanks Lee!!

Poor communication and customer service

From reading over reviews, it seems to be quite common that Davis Tate struggle with communication and clarity. When we moved in, we had issues with discrepancies in the furniture inventory list, which took weeks to resolve (and was only resolved in the end because I sorted it myself). We’ve also had issues regarding specific building information from Davis Tate which again has been met with poor responses/no responses and some blatant lying on their end regarding the situation. The whole property viewing and document process was easy, but as soon as we were locked into a contract, things seem to have gone quite drastically downhill.
