GoogleDavis Tate, and in particular their lettings negotiator Dominic, have been exceptional throughout the entire process of letting a property. The efficiency in communication, along with having one single point of contact, is very helpful, even more so when there are several moving parts involved during the process of acquiring a new tenancy. In addition to this, Dominic’s understanding of our circumstances, which I would imagine are fairly unique, and his subsequent management of such has been exemplary. Having now dealt with three separate agents, all of which have been based in Abingdon over the last 8-9 years, I can say with certainty that Davis Tate have been the easiest, most friendly and efficient I have encountered. I would happily recommend their services to both family and friends.

GoogleDavis Tate Estate agents in Burghfield is the most dishonest Estate Agent. I contaced their office having see a 2 bbed flat over tesco to rent. They sent me all necessary documents and tenancy. These I filled out and returned with my deposit which they except. Davis Tate, Burghfield, give me a tenancy move in date (31/3/25 ), 3 hours before I moved in they called me and said due to my CCJ they can't rent me the property. Really! Or is it that my family is Black British.? My parents live in this for 61 years. When they came here no one would rent them a room. 61 years later, there children and gran children are experiencing the same treatment. Nothing has changed!

From the outset, their team was professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth process. A special mention must go to both Dominic and Misha, who were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout. Dominic was always available to answer any of my initial questions prior to the house viewing, providing clear and timely updates. Misha was kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
