Excellent Lettings team! My property was taken care of from the start by the amazing and friendly Kellie who came out within a days notice to value the property and reccomend how we marketed it. Her knowledge of the market is genuinely invaluable and helped me achieve more than I was looking for on the rent. Then, Jamie and Lewis both took over all the admin and finer details, getting a tenant lined up within a working week of it going online for me. Well done gents your professionalism and organisational ability is second to none, by far the best Lettings company I have ever dealt with. All of the team here are super friendly and genuinely just want to help. I have tried many different agents before of varying effectiveness but Countrywide west end have been without doubt the best I’ve ever dealt with.

Honestly from start to finish this company and the staff are utterly amazing. This is the 4th time now I have used them for a transaction between buying and selling, there is nowhere else I would go! Gavin Dillon put my mind straight at ease when coming out to value my house and gave me a real insight into what was realistic and achievable and how we could maximise the price we got for selling. The negotiator Megan McPherson then did unbelievably well at keeping us updated with every viewing, every note of interest and guided us through the process, she even got us more than we expected for the house. A total professional I cannot thank her enough for her help and always friendly manner. I’ve tried many different estate agents before coming to countrywide and they are BY FAR the best out there. The worst of worst communication Iaps I have ever seen. I have recently moved out from one of the properties managed by countrywide. At the end of tenancy, I’ve completely taken care of Cleaning myself by booking a private cleaners and have steam cleaned the carpet and give the property as it is when it was handed over to me. But the property management team have charged my total deposit for Cleaning. The provider me with an initial report after end of the tenancy Which states the property is clean and there is no need of any further cleaning. But all of a sudden, they’re saying that Properties is not clean and they’re charging me my entire deposit to clean the house. They’re completely robbing the tenants. They are providing me the quotes For Cleaning without any company name or a cleaner name on it, which clearly says they’re robbing the tenants. Never trust countrywide. Never in your life, trust countrywide.

In April, we worked with Countrywide to sell our home in Glasgow, and they were excellent from start to finish. Hannah Shearer and her team were exceptional. Gavin came out personally just days after our first email to provide a price evaluation. Once we decided to go with Countrywide, they wasted no time, taking photos and preparing a full marketing package for a later launch. Hannah priced the property strategically to attract maximum interest. After going live, we had numerous viewings, which led to several strong offers. Within a week, we accepted an offer well above our asking price.
