Outstanding service from Jennifer at Countrywide Hamilton! Jennifer has been an absolute superstar throughout the whole process of arranging my mortgage. Her knowledge, professionalism and, above all, her patience have been outstanding. Buying a home and arranging a mortgage can feel incredibly daunting, but Jennifer made the whole experience so much easier. She was always on hand to answer my questions, explain everything clearly and guide me through each step. I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her support and expertise. The level of service Jennifer provided far outweighed the cost and I couldn’t be happier with the help and guidance I received. So disgusted with countrywide,my daughter met chloe from Hamilton branch to rent out a flat.....no response for nearly 2 weeks and my daughter was phoning every day and leaving a message to see what was happening, absolutely disgusting practise can't even phone the girl back and worst of all its the flat downstairs from her mum so she will end up seeing who gets it,all they had to do was answer her and tell her yes or no......i will be taking this further to their head office!

Genuinely can't recommend enough. Been dealing with Rebecca Harper and I almost wish I had more reasons to give her a call. Always makes sure I fully understand next steps and just a genuine pleasure to deal with whenever I've had to get in touch. Not had much interaction with the rest of the staff team but if they're half as caring, understanding and enjoyable to deal with as Rebecca has been, you'll be in safe hands!

I rented a property from countrywide, had a really bad experience there were issues with leaks, which they took weeks on end to fix, at one point we were living there with a really bad smell coming from the bathroom as the toilet was leaking we suffered for weeks on end, kept telling us they couldn’t get hold of landlord to get permission for repairs, absolutely sick, didn’t carry out gas safety checks we were there over a year, the carbo monoxide alarm wasn’t working, before i left I cleaned the property thoroughly left it absolutely sparkling as I wanted my deposit back, but guess what it’s been nearly 4 months and they are fighting me to keep my deposit saying the property wasn’t cleaned and I had damaged the property, I don’t know how they are getting away with all these lies just to steal my deposit . One unhappy and angry tenant , I would give them a minus star if it was possible , getting through wasn’t easy sometimes it was a couple of days before I had contact with them

I was introduced to Jennifer Middleton at Countrywide Hamilton by a friend who couldn't speak highly enough of her, and I'm so glad they did. Before being introduced to Jennifer, I'd used another mortgage advisor but had found the whole process confusing and frustrating. Communication was difficult, and I often struggled to get hold of them. Jennifer was the complete opposite from day one. She was incredibly friendly, professional and approachable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of things I was unsure about, but Jennifer always made sure I understood my options and felt comfortable with every decision. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared. She always responded quickly to calls and emails, and even got in touch outside of normal working hours to make sure I had everything I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Buying your first home can be stressful and uncertain, but Jennifer made the whole experience feel manageable and easy. My partner has made several requests for a home report and a viewing appt for a house i am interested in and have had nothing from them. All they were interested in was valuing my house with the view to selling my property. After not getting our requested home report or viewing or even a response i have now cancelled them from valuating my house or selling it. I think they are an absolute disgrace. Somebody is trusting them with selling their property and they are so lazy and inept that they cant even follow up on requested information. This makes me so angry to the point i am considering going to the property for sale and telling the owners of our experience when interested in buying their house. Shame on you Countrywide Burnside

I cannot recommend Mollie and the team at countrywide burnside enough ! I bought my first home from her and when it was time to get a bigger place she made the whole process go soo smooth ! From sourcing a new place to selling and it felt like a Great personal service and always there to give advice and we’re not pushy at all like other estate agents we contacted.
