From start to finish, the whole team at Countrywide have been incredible. We were starting to lose hope at buying a property after having issues with 2 previous mortgage advisors, however, from the second we began the process with them, they were all super helpful and every step of the process was made clear to us, helping out our minds at ease as first time buyers. Our initial meeting with Declan was on the Friday, and by the following Tuesday we had found, viewed and made an offer on our dream house all thanks to the team. I would 100% recommend Countrywide Burnside, they were fantastic from start to finish, went over and above. They kept me informed at every step of the way. Everyone we came in contact with from the valuer Mollie to the office staff were attentive and completely on the ball. The manageress Emily I really couldn’t rate highly enough. Well from start to finish we have been impressed with Countrywide in Burnside. From the first email we were impressed. Shona is an excellent communicator and we never had to wait long for replies be it direct through a phonecall or email. Audray wowed us with her manner when coming to value our place. She was relatable and easy to talk to. She is why we chose Countrywide; she knew what she was talking about. Fiona was great with arranging the viewings for our flat and was also an excellent help when we asked for advice to buy a house. The whole team went above and beyond to help us sell and buy. We sold our flat in less than a week and they got it on the market fast as well. We had lots of questions and none were deemed silly; everything was responded to with patience and in a professional manner. After living in the same flat for 21 years I used Maria when I was searching for a new property and had been in Countrywide's offices. You pay for her service but dont let that put you off - I know the mortgage lenders pay them if we buy a product, but having also spoken to another "independent" lender the deals that Maria was showing me worked better for me - in fact the deal we settled on will take several years off my mortgage term - which the "independent" didnt show me. Maria worked hard to get me a good deal, never pressured me into buying any product I didnt want, got all the paperwork sorted in quick time, always really prompt at responding to emails and calls, even helped me by negotiating with the other agent listing the property I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Maria at Countrywide - total star, and absolutely lovely to boot!
