GoogleFollowing a leak in a flat above mine on Christmas eve we were unable to get Burnside's Team to send a plumber to fix the leak until the 9th January despite daily phone calls. Spending 2 weeks collecting water in buckets was no fun and they only seemed to act when told that the ceiling was on the point of collapse. The ceiling and walls of my flat are damaged due to the inaction from Burnside to deal with a leak in the flat above that they manage.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Audray and Shona in particular have been supremely professional, helpful and friendly at all times, and it's been a pleasure to have them handling the sale of the property, with a real personal touch. The property itself went live on the market on a Friday, the first viewers were on the Sunday, and the place was sold on the Wednesday. Couldn't ask for more. One very satisfied customer. GoogleFrom start to finish, Shona, Nicole and Jennifer at Countrywide Burnside have provided an excellent service in selling our house. We had frequent updates throughout the process, even beyond the offer being accepted and helped us chase things along with solicitors. This branch is clearly well organised and managed, and I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent to any prospective sellers - and that is down to the staff working there. GoogleMyself And My Husband recently bought our first house through countrywide who were Amazing. With this being our first house this was also our first time going through the morgage process. Countrywide have an amazing morgage and protection consultant who made the morgage process stress free. we Arranged our first appointment with Maria who went through all of our sums and figures too see what was affordable for us and explained the each stage of the morgage process To us. With no hesistation we contacted Maria to get the morgage process started for us. And 5 weeks later we are sitting in our Dream home. we would Highly recommend Countrywide inhouse morgage consultant Maria Campagna She was brilliant with us!

GoogleWe bought our new home from Countrywide Burnside and the process was great, the estate agents were very proactive at keeping us in the loop during and after the sale when the previous owners had to get back in contact with us. We used Maria to arrange our mortgage and she was great too. Very knowledgeable and spent a long time explaining everything to us. We encountered some issues with our mortgage (unrelated to Maria or her advice) and she helped sort it out for us, and we ended up with a great deal. I did feel the the Aviva insurance and income protection was a bit of a hard sell, particularly given how traumatic the process became for us due to the unforeseen issues with our application. Regardless I would recommend both Countrywide and Maria.

GoogleA fantastic experience with countrywide estate agents, Burnside. From the original survey when realistic valuations were discussed and no false promises regarding asking prices. Once this was done we were contacted by Shona who explained everything to us regarding the asking price etc and was constantly in touch updating us with any information. I would highly recommend both Shona and Jacqui as they were always upfront and honest with progress and what efforts they were making to drum up interest and get feedback from potential buyers. Altogether a very stress free experience for us regarding the sale of our house.
