GoogleWe recently used countrywide Dennistoun to sell a property after the passing of a family member . They offered professional, friendly and helpful service . The whole process was handled with ease.We initially used them for a valuation of the property . Unlike other estate agents we contacted that then frequently contacted us to ask if we had made a decision to sell or not , countrywide gave us time and space until we were ready to proceed . Would highly recommend the team at Countrywide Dennistoun!

GoogleFinding a flat in Glasgow is difficult since the market is so competitive. In my nearly a month long search I had several poor experiences with other realtors. Countrywide, on the other hand, made it their priority to help me find the perfect flat and to get in in the shortest window possible. No company serves its clientele without the hard work of their employees. Anna Thomson in particular and her colleague Laura were immensely helpful and made my acquiring a flat to rent painless. I cannot thank them enough for their amazing service.

GoogleThe agents themselves were friendly enough. However, there was no flexibility with scheduling viewings. I understand this may have been due to the tenant’s availability, but typically tenancy agreements require tenants to allow viewings with reasonable notice. When I was finally able to view the property, I submitted an offer and began providing the requested details. Unfortunately, communication was very slow where I was receiving only one reply per day. Then, on the day of the last email I received, I noticed the property status had changed to “let agreed,” yet no one had informed me. I tried calling and emailing for clarification but received no response. It was also very difficult to reach anyone else at the agency. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

GoogleChris was very helpful, friendly, and explained to me clearly the process of buying a flat as I was unfamiliar with the process and just started looking. I also got tips on good areas, told what to look out for, and he responded to my emails very quickly. If your a prospective first time buyer, you should definitely pop in for a chat!

GoogleOverall, I have a very efficient service from Countrywide as property managers who have looked after my rental property for some 15 years.They respond promptly to tenant’s concerns; notify me in a timely fashion when these arise and arrange for these to be resolved, always first liaising with me and to seek authorisation. Whilst this may not always have been the case in the early years the service and communication have improved enormously in recent years. Reece has been designated my named contact and this has made a reassuring difference.
