Countrywide have managed my properties for several years. There were issues coordinating all the departments at first. Mhairi Fraser stepped in and volunteered to coordinated all aspects of my property management. Since then everything has been dealt with professionally and efficiently. No problem has been too great for Mhairi - and we have been faced with many difficult issues! The service I have received from Mhairi is second to none - carried out in a personal, pleasant and courteous manner.

Sold our flat in less than 2 weeks. Bobby, Kirsten and Megan kept me updated daily on viewings and provided me with feedback. Kept me reassured at all times. They really took the hassle away. Exceptional service. Their mortgage broker Alan was amazing too. Explained everything, talked us through our options and kept us reassured at all times. Absolutely brilliant set up. And our flat sold for way more than the home report!! If I could leave 10 stars I would!

I considered online agents to sell but am now so glad I trusted this team. It did cost a little more on paper, but the time, worry and extra mile Maria and Andrew have gone to make what is a very stressful process feel worry-free has proven to be worth every penny. They keep in touch regularly, are so trustworthy to take viewings of what is a complicated big old house, when you've a sensitive family situation and also then when when the house was vacant. I never had to worry and could trust them to know every detail of the house and it's beautiful history. Maria and Andre worked very hard to secure our new purchase too (not forgetting Lesley), I can't praise and thank them enough. Moving house is the most stressful thing you can do and the team here are exactly what you pray you'll have to support you through it. Some things just aren't worth doing online. Countrywide Kirkintilloch get 10/10 from me and my family!

Just horrible, and I'm stuck with them now. As I landlord I advise you to stay away from this agency, they've not done one thing right since I started to work with them. Very unprofessional, they will lie to you whenever it suits them, and you need to call at least 3 times to remind them to send you documents or do smtg, and like this is not enough, it's been two weeks since the tenants moved into my property and I've not received money yet .. Still waiting and after confrontating them twice, they just told me " ill send a message to the headoffice"... Really now?... And I'll probably have to call everyday to remind them to do so now, cause they usually forget everything you ask after you hang up
