We got a couple of proposals from estate agents however Paul Manson stood out , he was professional , understanding , down to earth and ‘ got the flat ‘ as well as really knowing the local market place and felt confident dealing with him . Once our property was on the market , Yvonne our contact was fantastic ! Great service , phoned when she said she would phone , kept us updated daily , listened with empathy when I had concerns and overall a friendly , positive person ! GoogleFrom a tenant's perspective, nice, friendly staff who were easy to deal with. During my tenancy I had problems with the boiler and also the electricity supplier. Fiona and the team dealt with these issues professionally and effectively. They also seemed to have a good relationship with the owner. I should also mention that the initial deposit terms were much fairer to prospective tenants than the terms some other agents required (there was one I refused to deal with because of this), and that the final check-out was straightforward with no claims on the deposit. PS: Let me temper this review by saying that on no account should you accept Spark Energy as your supplier. Spark consistently got my bills wrong, and each month their debt collectors would be on my case BEFORE the bill had even arrived in the post! On leaving it took weeks before they managed to issue a correct bill. Needless to say their debt collectors Opos (try googling them), were daily threatening me while Spark had yet to finalise the bill correctly. And now, five months later, the harassment has resumed, despite the fact that I have paid the account in full.

GoogleSold city center flat and I can't complement the professional service enough. From the initial engagement of the valuer where he gave me some great practical advise on what to do on flat to achieve best price and also went out of his way to help get me contacts for repairs I needed in advance of sale, to the support from office staff through the viewing process and the actual sale, not to mention getting excellent price. I have sold a few properties and have had mixed experiences with other companies but seriously had nothing but excellent service from countrywide Candleriggs

GoogleI have always had a good professional service from Candlesriggs Branch Glasgow. I have rented out my property for a few years now and they have always been attentive to the tenants needs and the Landlords needs. One time we had a very difficult tenant and they managed the tenant extremely well which i was grateful for. i will always use them for future leasing.

GoogleOverall a positive experience, to be honest the only reason I gave four instead of five stars is that it took a few days to get a for sale sign up, and by then we had already had interest noted, no complaints from my side as the communication was good and the colleagues were great , but my house sold very quickly so YMMV.
