GoogleI have never thought i will say that one day regarding my previous experiences !!! But this is the best agency EVER!!!! They care about us, always polite, well presented, if you have any problem they will do everything they can to satisfy you. I even received a lovely box the day i moved in, with some vouchers, sponges, noodles and plainty more. Very pleased !! Thank you. Well done 👌

GoogleI was told I would be refunded the excess rent I paid when I moved out, but never did. All I got was a request to claim most of my deposit a month and a half later.

GoogleCompany in serious financial dilemma and would use all kind of subterfuge to squeeze money from clients. Pretty incompetent. Had my flat for 8 months without a buyer. Moved agency and flat sold within two days with more than expected return.

GoogleVery pleased with the service provided by Countrywide Scotland so far. As new landlords we have found them very helpful in guiding us through the process and very quick at getting the property ready for renting and finding us a tenant.

GoogleJust horrible, and I'm stuck with them now. As I landlord I advise you to stay away from this agency, they've not done one thing right since I started to work with them. Very unprofessional, they will lie to you whenever it suits them, and you need to call at least 3 times to remind them to send you documents or do smtg, and like this is not enough, it's been two weeks since the tenants moved into my property and I've not received money yet .. Still waiting and after confrontating them twice, they just told me " ill send a message to the headoffice"... Really now?... And I'll probably have to call everyday to remind them to do so now, cause they usually forget everything you ask after you hang up

GoogleI had a great experience using Countrywide. The process was very easy and they have perfectly understood my needs and accommodated them in order to allow me to move in by the required date and Madeline in particular has been incredibly responsive, making sure any issues got resolved promptly.

GoogleI was orginally with another Estate Agent who sent me 2 viewers in 5 weeks. One was in for a nosey and the other forgot he had even made an appointment to view. I then went with Countrywide. I had loads of viewers and then sold my property, Throughout this time ALL of the staff were informative ,kept me up to date , very helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone involved in the sale of my apartment. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI had a great experience with Countrywide. The staff is very kind and helpful, the communication with them was easy throughout the whole process (they always answered my questions very quickly; Yvonne, in particular, is an outstanding negotiator) and they did the best to ensure that the process would run smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use their services again.

GoogleExcellent service received recently from the Countrywide City Centre branch. As a first time landlord, and with a move overseas on the cards, I was apprehensive to go through the process of getting my flat rented out. All of the staff were helpful and super professional. The photos were taken in a timely manner and looked great. Best of all, within 1 week of listing my flat they had a tenant moved in!
