GoogleMyself And My Husband recently bought our first house through countrywide who were Amazing. With this being our first house this was also our first time going through the morgage process. Countrywide have an amazing morgage and protection consultant who made the morgage process stress free. we Arranged our first appointment with Maria who went through all of our sums and figures too see what was affordable for us and explained the each stage of the morgage process To us. With no hesistation we contacted Maria to get the morgage process started for us. And 5 weeks later we are sitting in our Dream home. we would Highly recommend Countrywide inhouse morgage consultant Maria Campagna She was brilliant with us!

GoogleAfter living in the same flat for 21 years I used Maria when I was searching for a new property and had been in Countrywide's offices. You pay for her service but dont let that put you off - I know the mortgage lenders pay them if we buy a product, but having also spoken to another "independent" lender the deals that Maria was showing me worked better for me - in fact the deal we settled on will take several years off my mortgage term - which the "independent" didnt show me. Maria worked hard to get me a good deal, never pressured me into buying any product I didnt want, got all the paperwork sorted in quick time, always really prompt at responding to emails and calls, even helped me by negotiating with the other agent listing the property I wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Maria at Countrywide - total star, and absolutely lovely to boot!

GoogleCannot recommend Lyndsey and the team at Countrywide highly enough. Their customer service is excellent, professional and friendly. I spoke to Lyndsey on the phone to arrange a viewing and it was very easy and straightforward to arrange it quickly and at time that suited us. We are delighted with the service we have received and even more delighted with the house we have bought!

GoogleWhen selling my property recently, I contacted several Estate Agents regarding available services & fees. Most Estate Agents offered the same package of property photographs, Viewings & high fees. I finally contacted Countrywide in Rutherglen, Glasgow. Meeting Branch Manager Shona was a breath of fresh air. She explained the Countrywide Service levels & the low fees which sealed the deal. GoogleHighly recommend Countrywide Myself and My Husband Have Just Bought Our First House Through Countrywide Kept us very up to date about houses that were coming up After Taking Into Consideration exactly What we were looking For. Staff Are so helpful and Also recommended a solicitor to us which made things easier for us. Also Countrywide have an amazing in house Mortgage consultant who was Amazing through our process of buying our house. Whole Team Of Staff Are Brilliant!

GoogleWe used countrywide in Burnside to sell our house. The staff were great. Shona and the girls are very professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling property. My home was sold within a week, and we were kept informed at all times of the sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling their home 100%

From my initial consultation with Audrey who set the sale up, pitching the house perfectly, to the team in the office and their expert negotiation and selling skills. The Burnside team are a first class example of great customer service, with excellent communication skills and the highest standard of professionalism. GoogleWe bought our new home from Countrywide Burnside and the process was great, the estate agents were very proactive at keeping us in the loop during and after the sale when the previous owners had to get back in contact with us. We used Maria to arrange our mortgage and she was great too. Very knowledgeable and spent a long time explaining everything to us. We encountered some issues with our mortgage (unrelated to Maria or her advice) and she helped sort it out for us, and we ended up with a great deal. I did feel the the Aviva insurance and income protection was a bit of a hard sell, particularly given how traumatic the process became for us due to the unforeseen issues with our application. Regardless I would recommend both Countrywide and Maria.
